Sehr geehrtes Ibis-Team Winterthur

Ich wende mich heute an Sie, um Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt vom 31. Dezember in Ihrem Haus zu geben.
Ich war im Zimmer 442 untergebracht.

Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer für die Übernachtung in Ordnung. Leider kam es jedoch am Morgen zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.
Gegen 08:00 Uhr morgens wurde ich durch sehr lautes und andauerndes Gespräch direkt vor meinem Zimmer geweckt. Zunächst ging ich davon aus, dass es sich um Gäste handelt, die ihre Zimmer suchen. Da der Lärm jedoch über mehrere Minuten anhielt und für mich nicht mehr zumutbar war, öffnete ich die Zimmertür, um höflich um etwas Ruhe zu bitten.
Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um zwei Mitarbeiterinnen der Zimmerreinigung handelte. Obwohl ich sie sachlich darum bat, leiser zu sein, reagierten beide Damen sehr unfreundlich, schauten mich verärgert an und äusserten sich in einer Sprache, die ich nicht verstanden habe. Eine entschuldigende oder einsichtige Reaktion blieb leider aus.

Ich empfinde dieses Verhalten gegenüber Gästen als nicht akzeptabel, insbesondere in einem Hotel, in dem man am Morgen mit Ruhe und Professionalität rechnen darf. Unabhängig von Sprachkenntnissen sollte ein respektvoller und rücksichtsvoller Umgang selbstverständlich sein.
Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, diese Rückmeldung ernst zu nehmen und intern entsprechend weiterzugeben, damit ähnliche Situationen in Zukunft vermieden werden. Eine kurze Sensibilisierung oder ein klärendes Gespräch mit den betreffenden Mitarbeiterinnen wäre aus meiner Sicht angebracht.

C est bien là dernière fois dans un ibis budget.
Pros:

Le nettoyage de la femme de ménage.

Cons:

Sincèrement pour le même prix ou un poile plus y a mieux à winthertour. Vraiment déçu. Vraiment trop petit pour ce prix. Pas confortable.

I wouldnt repeat it
Pros:

The room was clean, it had the minimum that any traveler would ask for.

Cons:

The downside was the size of the room and the air-conditioning, it was so tight i woke up many times at night felt like suffocating, i adjusted the air-conditioning many times, it still didn't feel right.
