Hotel staff is good and the Manager is so cooperative ( Ms. Rungnapa ) She is very helpful and listens to every customer .. All the very best .. I will recommend to my friends also.. Moreover the embience is good . Food is good . Rooms are cleaned daily .

This hotel needs some desperate love from the owners (read: essential maintenance and re-decoration). Until they do: don't stay here.

Great Bed! Lack of closet space, no WIFI, noisy, under par hygiëne due to overworked staff).

Choice of travel agents who gets more commission maybe, not waiter or bell boy, front office/reception do not attend guest well no wifi, ac not work away from central pattaya a walk of 500mtr for took took, number of street dogs which welcome you late night and early morning means from 7am to 7pm you can walk freely, property is old and not maintained. Housekeeping staff and kitchen staff is good

Had to give a deposit for room key, need thali money

My second times stayed in the hotel. The hotel is a bit far away from sea but very quiet and we love it. Staff is very helpful & friendly the Manager Khun Orm was very kind to us we will be back again.

Our faculty and teaching staff used your service last week. Although the hotel seemed quite old, all rooms were clean, ample and convenient. The service was very great. The hotel manager (K.Aom) was so attentive. The price of each room which consists of breakfast was so impressive. However, one main aspect that we need you to improve is about the air conditioner in the lobby area which was very hot.

Reception staff was very unprofessional, rude and they were on their phone whole time.
Our room bathroom was dirty so I asked to change which they did change however they were very rude.
The wifi doesn’t work at all on 7th floor so we had no wifi.
Ac doesn’t work properly, bathroom shower barely works.

It was great, beyond expectations. Good service, friendly service, and cleanliness. Convenient, everything was a great vacation getaway. The best hotel in Pattaya of the years 2020 As for the swimming pool and the atmosphere around the hotel, very private. The best of holidays

On check put the reception made vile threats and humiliated guests much to the shock of other guests who were checking in. There is a list of fines flashed at you for petty little things like leaving the towels mildly soiled but not stained. You are told when you are checking in that the wifi does not work in the rooms and that is is only possible to access in the lobby. However the lobby has limited seating space and if you step outside the wifi does not work.

nice hotel but a little far away from the main city. hotel staff very cooperative. decent breakfast with limited choices. nice pool area. only disadvantage is the locality nearby. if anyone get a good deal then you can go for it.

This hotel is little away from the City. It is little away from the main road too. If you want catch a tuk tuk need to walk at least 5-7 minutes. The rooms are spacious with a good balcony and open area. Has wide corridors. Provides breakfast in the restaurant which is decent. Staff are friendly and very coperative.

Visited golden tulip hotel in Pattaya recently. Very nice ambience & service, polite & helpful staff. We got a room upgrade too. Great experience at a great place, overall a great deal.

Very nice and peaceful. Located near beach, great views from the hotel. Very neat and clean rooms. Beautiful swimming pool. Provides shuttle service to the nearest mall. Average breakfast menu with very less option for Indian dishes.

The accommodation is okay, clean, with a balcony overlooking the sea. With ample parking Suitable for people with cars Enter the alley a little, not far away. There is a minibus passing all the time. Convenient to travel The staff are cheerful, friendly, caring, attentive, caring for customers, delicious breakfast. There are many options. Because the hotel accepts Chinese tours May cause some noisy moments.next time if come back to Pattaya i will come again.

Was a bit difficult to find probably because its down a small alley. Hotel is nice, rooms were specious, clean and had all the basic amenities. No wi-fi in rooms though. Our room had a balcony and a nice view. Minibar did not stock any items. They had Thai and International buffet, food was average. Hotel is close proximity to few attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful but we had a difficult time communicating with some of the staff members specially at the restaurant. All in all nice budget hotel.
