I was happy the building is pet friendly, and completely smoke free. Front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. My son loved the pool and waterslide!
Sound travels, so you could easily hear other patrons in the hotel when they were walking/talking in the halls, or coming and going from their rooms. Would of been nicer if breakfast went till 10am. We had some late nights and would have liked to sleep in a bit longer. I didnt like the Dove soap products - for me that cheapened the experience. There are plently of non-toxic brands to choose from nowadays.

Location was great, breakfast was amazing, and beddings smelled nice, and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly, we enjoyed our stay! Cookies at the reception area were lovely!

Not having a hot tub, definitely was a disappointment to see theres everything but a hot tub
The hotel is walking distance to Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre with access to Mary Browns, Tim Hortans and a liquor store also in walking distance. Staff were friendly and on-top of communications to guests regarding pool updates.
I liked the pool for my kiddo.
The only tricky part was that the baby playpen didn’t fit properly between the beds without blocking off air flow.
We had a great stay here with our sports team. Check-in was quick and seamless, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had Gatorade bottles with each of the players names on them at check-in - this was a cute touch!
Breakfast was wonderful addition and having it included made our mornings easier. The pool with waterslide was a lot of fun. Crowded, but the kids had a great time!

The hospitality shown me and my family made our stay very special. Having a full hot breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our days. The hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable.
Great location with lots of parking and no night time noise. Having the pool and water slide made for a great activity for the children.
the room was large for the 2 of us, very comfortable and relaxing. The room was very clean. In the morning the breakfast was good and lots of choices. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend as Great stay!
