Fantastic stay with a couple of niggles
Pros:

The location, comfort and cleanliness were all top rate. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend Damon's to anyone looking for somewhere basic & functional. I will certainly be staying again as I have family in Lincoln.

Cons:

The shower head didnt stay up the pole so I ended up having to hold it. As it was one of the more expensive rooms this was a bit disappointing.
There were people at the bar one evening until late this was the only time my room was not quiet. It prevented me going to sleep at a reasonable time after a long day.

Comfortable, clean and great value for money
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, room was very comfortable, decor was nice, parking felt safe even in a work van,

Pros:

It was comfortable clean easy to get to 10 minutes to Lincoln town beautiful and busy 👌

Cons:

Just a small issue it was the bed it was on wheels everytime I leat against the pillows the bed moved away from the wall kept moving it back to the wall 🧱

Poor service
Pros:

The beds was huge and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was cold, bathroom smelt of sick and mould in the shower.
Staff rude and when I complained they said I only paid 80 quid for the room get over it.

It is fair for the money you pay, though I would expect that lights would work.
Pros:

Great location and good restaurants around

Cons:

The sink is like in a student’s accommodation- in the room, light above the sink didn’t work at all.
