The room was larger than the usual and very clean. There is a huge car park that was free. Had a nice meal in the adjacent restaurant

Excellent stay, offers way more than we needed for a sleepover. Clean and comfortable, very good room size, really king size bed, many electric sockets to plug in and recharge whatever you have, huge towels, parking space of decent size, good location near motorway yet quite.

Booked a superior room but due to issues had to take a executive room which was as disappointing although offered two bottles of wine as a gesture of apology and a promise to a significant discount on our next stay which again was admirable- but the room charged stayed the same that I would have had to pay for the superior room so I little bit cheeky - our alternative executive room was basic but clean - although we had to report the stench of cigarette smoke in the en-suite and a member of staff put air fresheners in it - the mattress on the bed was of substandard comfort and the pillows offered little support and again of substandard- but the staff were at all times helpful- the only other disappointment was that the catering was provided by a restaurant about 100 yards from the motel not hotel as advertised it stated it was four star but at best I’d give it a 3 start
