Pros:

Front desk were a bit weird, two people barking instructions at the same time. I felt like an intruder, not a guest. Every other thing was fine but front desk were not friendly or very helpful.

Pros:

Booked in the new building but was sent to the old one. Room was ok but bathroom was dirty. Hairs in bathing tub, spider in the floor corner. Otherwise, friendly staff.

Disappointed.
Pros:

The apartments generally are good, however the heating and cooling never works so you either freeze or feel like it is a sauna. When you complain they give hindreds of excuses all of which turn out to be not true. They also constantly run out of items on the menu which is already very limited.

Great value in Atyrau
Pros:

Stayed in the Renaissance the previous visit to Atyrau and this hotel offers significantly better value (by far). Spacious rooms with kitchenette and living room space, good food at reasonable prices, and good overall level of service. Recommended.
