The hotel ambience is really warm and welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is excellence, they served many options of indonesian food. The most important thing is the cleanliness and the smell inside the hotel was really good. ( Jasmine fragrance) made us want to stay there longer!

Pros:

Good location. Close to Chinatown, Old town and other tourist destinations. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fridge in the room is not cold at all. Felt itchy on first night, but ok on the second night. Maybe need to vacuum the beds and blankets. Toilet tissues not topped up.
