Don’t stay here. Stay at Aston Inn
Pros:

The room was nice and the views were great.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfy, the staff were useless and not friendly at all. The food from the restaurant was absolutely disgusting and extremely over priced. It also took them over half an hour to serve us and when we were served the staff were very miserable and not happy. The food came out cold and looking like a microwaveable meal.

We had a lovely night here on our way through Mataram, it’s great value for money and a beautiful space.
Pros:

Great swimming pool, comfy beds, spacious lobby

Cons:

You need a car or taxi to get to and from the property but it is centrally located

Fijn hotel, fijn personeel.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, goed personeel en een mooie plek om tot rust te komen, het was niet de bedoeling om in Mataram te verblijven, maar door ongelukkig ziekenhuis bezoek was dit een goede plek om te herstellen. Personeel was heel behulpzaam en de manager stond altijd voor ons klaar! Ik denk niet dat er een beter hotel is in Mataram

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at Astoria Hotel Lombok for three nights. The room was beautiful with a lovely view over Mataram. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel manager was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with everything, including arranging transport and even helping when we needed to visit a hospital with our granddaughter.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of Asian and Western options, and everything was perfectly organized.

A well-deserved 10/10 for this hotel! Highly recommended.

The receptionists weren't really friendly and one of them fell asleep on the chairs while I was looking for someone on the desk, but overall it's quite a pleasant stay

Good Hotel with service need to improve..
Pros:

Hotel located in strategic place, close to city centre, a little bit far from Epicentrum Mall but its oke.. Room is clean, room amenities is suffice, TV channels variety and good, AC work perfect, Hot water running very well, Bathroom is clean, bathroom amenities also suffice. Breakfast buffet is amazing, many local food (Good for foreigner)..

I don't know if this because I check-in a little bit late.. The check-in process is fast, so fast that the staffs didn't explain anything to me, Not breakfast time, not where is our room floor, not the WiFi password, not the hotel facilities, not even offer to help bring our luggage to the room.. Good hotel, Good breakfast and I'm sure the F&B is good, but the service need to be improves..
