Nice and central for city centre,staff friendly and good choice at buffet breakfast
Bedside light broken and would not switch off all night .
No hot water for the shower in the morning. Sink very slow to drain away also.
Room service came into room at 10am despite it being a 12midday check out. No signs to put on door.
Carpets in reception and eating area , bumpy and tired looking.
Not one member of staff wore a name badge and Ari ( had to ask her name) on reception was disinterested when we made our issues known.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
Close to Buchanan Bus Station, many pubs around, nice staff, clean.
The bathroom tap is too short and makes it difficult to wash your hands, the shower head was a bit worn out and needs to be replaced, the lack of a toilet brush.
Uns wurde ein Zimmer für Menschen mit Handicap gegeben, das leider vom Interieur des Badezimmers alles andere als komfortabel war. Ein Waschbecken, das so unglücklich angebracht ist, dass man sich nicht richtig auf die Toilette setzen kann und ein Waschtisch, dessen Becken so weit nach hinten versetzt ist, dass man nur Un äußerst gebeugter Haltung sich waschen kann, ohne den ganzen Raum Naß zu machen. Wie dort ein Behinderter klarkommen soll, ist mit völlig schleierhaft. Das Persononal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Bett war prima!
