Tranquilidad y Amabilidad de Gran Hotel
Pros:

Nos gusto todo. La terraza y sus vistas. adicional las preparaciones de los tragos de la señorita que trabaja en ella. El personal son un gran completo . Te hacen sentir en casa. Junto a sus preparciones en el restaurante( Desayuno. Cena). En definitiva un Gran Hotel para una linda Cuidad y su ruta de las estrellas.

Pros:

El desayuno que va incluido es exquisito, muy completo y todo super rico.

Cons:

Lo único que podría acotar seria que cuando se enciende el aire acondicionado en la habitación, sale un olor medio raro, eso seria como lo único malo.

La ubicación y su arquitectura

Cons:

El personal, partiendo por la gerencia, actuaba de forma cordial; sin embargo, no tienen encanto ni simpatía. Hacen su trabajo en forma mecánica. Le falta ambiente o calor humano a este precioso lugar

Perfecto lugar para descansar y vacacionar
Pros:

Me encantaron las instalaciones, al entrar que esté esa pileta hermosa es maravilloso. Tiene de todo en el mismo hotel. El jacuzzi de hidromasaje increíble y que tenga el bar ahí mismo espectacular también.

Muy buena experiencia y buen precio
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy comodas. Las instalaciones en general son bonitas y estan bien mantenidas. Destaco el aseo, ya que, todo está muy limpio siempre.

Cons:

La habitacion estaba colindante con un calle algo ruidosa por las mañanas, y la aislacion del ruido no era muy buena. Lo otro que no me gusto fue el estacionamiento, el que está a una cuadra del lugar y uno depende de que la persona del hotel abra remotamente el porton(en una ocacion me quedé encerrado dentro del estacionamiento y no me abrrieron por largo rato)

Buena Ubicación al lado de la plaza de armas de Vicuña

Terrazas muy bonita

Cons:

Los espacios comunes tienen mucho potencial, sin embargo están sucios y descuidados. El Hotel tiene una terraza increíble, los sofás están todos sucios y el pasto sintético muy descuidado. La piscina tiene moho en las escaleras y esquinas.
El hotel cuenta con un comedor bastante grande como para atender a todos los huéspedes, quisimos ir a cenar y nos dijeron que estaban a tope porque tenían una reserva de 16 personas que atender y que no era posible que nos sentáramos en el comedor, al indicarles que las 16 personas no alcanzaban ni un tercio de la capacidad total fueron a la cocina que estaba supuestamente colapsado, y nos indicaron que nos podíamos sentar, PERO, que se tardarían mucho en atendernos y por consiguiente traer nuestra comida, tardaría mucho dado que los esfuerzos estaban en atender a las 16 personas.
Nos fuimos a comer afuera.
