Destaco la ubicación del lugar ya que tenia acceso a plazas, restauran, supermercado y tiendas
Me gusto mucho el desayuno buffet ya que disponian de varias alternativas al momento de desayunar , el servicio comenzaba desde temprano lo cual me acomodo porque debía viajar temprano por la mañana 8 am

Quiero expresar mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo por la excelente atención recibida. Desde el primer momento encontré un ambiente muy acogedor, con un trato amable y una preocupación constante por hacer de la estadía una grata experiencia. Además, me gustó mucho la cocina del hotel, la cual destacó por su calidad y sabor.
Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de la Sra. Silvia Díaz, masajista del hotel. Su profesionalismo, dedicación y calidad humana hicieron que la experiencia fuera realmente excepcional. Considero que su labor es un gran aporte para el hotel, ya que entrega un valor agregado que marca la diferencia y realza aún más el nivel del servicio ofrecido.
Felicitaciones a todo el personal por su compromiso y vocación de servicio. Sin duda, recomendaré el Hotel Terra y espero regresar muy pronto.

Recepcionista del turno anoche desagradable

En general la experiencia fue agradable y sus desayunos buffet eran completos

Cons:

Hubiera puesto la mejor calificación al personal, pero lamentablemente cuando llegamos en la noche tipo 2:00am del tour Mamalluca, la persona que estaba en recepción fue muy desagradable, con una actitud condescendiente y sarcástica, como si estuviera obligado a estar ahí y no tuviera ganas de atendernos, siendo que todos los recepcionistas anteriores que nos tocaron, fueron muy amables y atentos.

La descripción física de este desagradable recepcionista, era una persona calva con bigotes, mi contextura maciza y alta. Lo describo para que no se les metan a todos los recepcionistas en el mismo saco como dije anteriormente los demás recepcionistas fueron muy amables.

Lejos el mejor hotel de Vicuña
Pros:

El jacuzzi al aire libre calientito mientras uno miraba las estrellas, el señor qué nos muestra las estrellas con el enorme telescopio las habitaciones son amplias bonitas y muy limpias el personal son un 7 nada qué decir uno le pedía algo y a los minutos estaba listo, lo otro el restaurante qué está en el hotel tiene precios modicos no son caros y son super deliciosos los platos, ni qué decir qué tiene desayuno buffett súper rico todo.
Sin suda volveria mil veces al mismo hotel cuándo esté en Vcuña, gracias

Close to the square, nice spacious room which was very comfortable. Fantastic rooftop views. Amazing value for money and a lovely room to come home to at the end of the day.
