Non c'è niente che mi è piaciuto.

Ingresso privato buio e pieno di enormi buche, se non stai attento ti giochi la macchina. Personale scorbutico e che si nasconde dietro la scusa di lavorare da poco in struttura e che ci stanno i gruppi, ci ha liquidati con la frase " Eh sta volta é andata così". Alla prenotazione tutte le camere presentavano balcone, nonostante ciò lo abbiamo richiesto esplicitamente e non ci é stato concesso. La camera era sporca , le mura piene di graffi e segni di struscio. TV senza telecomando, siamo dovuti scendere a chiedere uno in portineria all'1 di notte. Sciacquone dell'acqua in bagno rumoroso e ha gocciolato tutta la notte. Telefono non presente , ecco il motivo del scendere di notte per elemosinare un telecomando per la TV. Alla richiesta durante la colazione di una tazzina piccola per il caffè ci é stato risposto che dovevamo usare quelle da thè 😂. Mi fermo qui perché veramente si potrebbe fare un libro, ah dimenticavo era stata chiesta Fattura ma ci é stato negato dicendo che non avevano detto i dati e che la procedura era lunga 😂. In centinaia di prenotazioni fatte tramite Booking penso sia stata quella peggio, siai a livello di struttura che a livello di risorse umane. Delle 3 stelle che dicono di possedere non si salva neanche 1 😂. Carissimi gestori A mai Più!
