Clean, polite staff
It’s very clean, a great Riverview location, the bar and restaurant is convenient but the friendly, fun staff is why we keep returning. Shout out to Antonio and Amya!
🤷♀️
Downtown location
What is not to like about a Hilton? Well, let me begin first of all. I absolutely love the room. It was very clean. Spacious and nice. The TV was really awesome. You could hook up your Netflix to it. That’s always a plus and let me tell you the Thanksgiving dinner was yummy but it cost money keep in mind. It is not free totally worth it though
When we were checking out and we were getting things figured out along with any discrepancies with payment, two maids were absolutely rude to me. They kept screaming for us to leave and that we were going to be charged a late fee when in fact, they had no idea what the heck they were talking about. My Husband was downstairs trying to file and get rid of a discrepancy regarding a pet. They were so rude that we were inclined to stay more, but decided against it and ended up going to a much better hotel where we feel more safe and welcome and in the end, it flared up my PTSD from being yelled at over Absolutely nothing. I will not ever return here as long as I live. Other than that everything else was yummy.
Touring Austin Peay, location was perfect! Clean rooms, nice staff, beautiful dining area.
comfortable bed, liked that there was a restaurant
Convient location. Beds were very comfortable
Slippery shower floor. Tiles on elevator floor missing (may be hard to find since original to building?). Also a cracked shower liner. This is our second stay, several months apart. Seems like they may not be keeping up with repairs needed.
