Making my stay in DC more enjoyable than expected
Pros:

Great Experience, Great location. Lots of great places to eat and the service was wonderful. It was very close to local activities and the quality of sleep was great in the really quiet room.

Washington done right!
Pros:

The check in experience was the best. Marina went out of her way to correct and fix my reservation. Room was everything I needed...immaculate. Location and amenities....incredible.

I had an outstanding experience at Hyatt Place Georgetown, and a big part of that was thanks to Mrs. Marina. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.

Mrs. Marina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her warm personality, efficiency, and genuine care for guests truly set her apart. She handled everything with grace and made me feel valued and appreciated throughout my stay.

It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and she is a true asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this location, especially because of the amazing hospitality provided by Mrs. Marina.

Clean hotel in the perfect location for our family getaway.
Pros:

The breakfast made mornings easy for our family. The hotel felt very clean and was comfortable. I appreciated the noon check-out and the 3pm check-in.

Cons:

Super small, but I wish they had the ice water out all day.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno , podrían extenderlo un poco, para quienes vamos de vacaciones por descanso, tener el límite del desayuno hasta las 9 am es muy justo.

Perfecto para lo que buscabamos
Pros:

El espacio de la habitación perfecto para los 5, el desayuno era saludable, y la localización del hotel perfecta para moverse a todas partes a pie o en metro o en bus

Cons:

Ojalá dieran un poco más de itempo para el desayuno entre semana. No cerrar a las 9am sino a las 9:30am o 10am estaría bien. -más opciones de comida en la cena

Great family friendly stay!
Pros:

We had lots of options when choosing a DC hotel and we’re glad we went with this one. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was also clean and safe. We did not hear any street traffic from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests. There was a Walgreens next door which was great for any last minute needs that came up, as well as several restaurants close by. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the Foggy Bottom metro station which got us easily to all the tourist sites. The breakfast was what you’d expect from a Hyatt Place. As a Hyatt credit card holder, it was free for us. Not sure I’d pay for it. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay again!
