Will never book here again. Will also consider stop using booking.com
Cons:

Room with 2 queen beds was booked and paid in full 2 months in advance. Upon our arrival the room was not available, and room with one king bed and sofa-bed (extremely uncomfortable)was given. Three of is ended up sleeping in one bed. Staff was refusing to take any responsibility for that and was blaming booking.com for overselling. Had to call booking.com twice the next day trying to resolve this - agents were absolutely useless and were providing confusing and contradictory information.

Great location for a family
Pros:

The room was very large and comfortable. We have 3 kids, and the space worked well for us with 2 beds and a sofa pull out. Breakfast was great with many selections, warm and cold. We walked to the Mall, took the Metro from Foggy Bottom, and called Ubers - all were extremely easy to get around in the city.

Cons:

I got locked in the bathroom because the sliding door got stuck due to lack of maintenance. Thank God my daughter was out of the room and was able to call for help, which meant I was stuck in the bathroom for over 1hour.
The hotel needs better maintenance.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and that they had breakfast. The rooms were a nice large size and modern looking

Although the location was central, it was located right beside a fire station so you heard sirens multiple times a day and night
