An excellent hotel with outstanding service!
Pros:

A beautiful, comfortable hotel in an excellent location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help and make guests feel at home.

I would especially like to praise the way they handled a rather stressful situation when I lost my wallet. The staff managed to find it and arrange for it to be shipped to another city in the United States. This level of care, efficiency, and commitment to their guests truly goes above and beyond expectations.

A special and heartfelt thank you to Lamine, who was particularly helpful and made a real difference in resolving the situation.

I am extremely grateful for the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I would happily stay here again!
