Location

Amazing staff, complementary breakfast spread, and great neighborhood with access to key spots. The front desk staff, Onamica and Zafar were exceptional throughout, providing top notch service that made my stay truly worthwhile.

Our family loved the hotel. Kids had great time in pool and used gym everyday. Onamica particularly was great accommodating us with a later checkout due to our flight. Would highly recommend!

It was ok, nothing special.

Breakfast was fantastic it was a well stocked continental breakfast all egg types, potatoes and sausage, cereal, muffins, juices, fruit, yogurt and bread, and they had plenty of options for everyone and they had more than enough! They kept refilling it and it was never low. It was definitely endless buffet! Pool is from 6am-10pm so that is great as well! Beds were super comfortable and room was clean! Plenty of shampoo and conditioner. Sofa bed was comfortable. Great tv options. Spacious rooms. Check out is at noon that was a great no rush option so we slept after breakfast.

The room we stayed at was very clean. It's well maintained. I didn't see the usual dusty areas on lamps, top of bed frame, curtains and TV stand like other hotels in this category, no scruff marks on walls or doors. Good layout of room. It is spacious with king sized bed and a separate sitting area with couch and ottoman, desk and office chair. Bathroom is also spacious with lots of vanity space and walk in shower, good water pressure for shower. Courteous front desk staff, Maria made sure my separate reservation was combined and extended on the same room, and Onamica coordinated my housekeeping on a timely manner and extended my check out time.
It's an overall enjoyable stay..

The front desk staff was extremely helpful

The front desk staff was very helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were accommodating when the room we booked was not available (not their fault). The parking attendant was especially friendly, always smiling and greeting customers with a warm attitude. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of options, even gluten-free. The location was excellent—just one mile from the White House—and it was easy to get around and visit many of the area's attractions.

Upon my previous visit in early April of this year, I forgot to pack a toothbrush & asked the front desk staff for a complimentary one. After a thorough search, they were unable to find a one so I walked to a nearby CVS store.

As I walked halfway down a CVS aisle, 1 of the Hyatt Place staff members, Mike, quickly came from behind let me know he had found a toothbrush at the hotel which he gave to me. I was very thankful & surprised that he put forth the effort in assisting me.

Before departing in April, I was unable to catch the hotel’s GM to pass along Mike’s praise. 3 months have gone by & I saw Mike again today. Though I was unable to reach the GM again this trip, decided to post about Mike’s efforts. Very impressed with his level of hospitality!

AC worked well. House keeping was exceptional. Good location.
