I still have an unresolved issue regarding being double-charged for my stay! The reservation was paid in full via Booking.com at the time of booking, yet the hotel charged me the full amount again using the card that was intended solely for the security deposit. Despite filing a complaint and the expiration of the stated 72-hour refund window, the charge still appears on my statement, and the money has not been returned.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen-Size betten für 4 Personen. Zimmergröße war in Ordnung, mit genug Stauraum.
Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich - würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Wenig Auswahl und keine gute Qualität.
Durch die Verbindungstür ins Nebenzimmer war es etwas laut.

Boa localização (há estações de metro a uns 10 minutos de caminhada), quarto amplo, limpo e confortável, tem frigobar, cafeteira, limpeza diária com reabastecimento das ofertas (café, chá, creme hidratante...). Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade, inclusive frutas. Eficiência dos funcionários, em especial das senhoras que atendem o café (deixam tudo muito limpo e com constante abastecimento de comida).
Da cobrança de depósito de USD 100,00 por dia de hospedagem!!! E prazo informado de devolução de 5 dias úteis!!!!
