Pros:

Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend: Wir durften schon vor dem offiziellen Check-In das Zimmer beziehen und die Inhaberin räumte ihren Parkplatz, damit wir parken konnten. Super Service :). Die zentrale Lage neben dem Fischerviertel...

Cons:

Das Haus heizt sehr auf, aber wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Züge haben uns nicht gestört.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in einem Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage und besticht vor allem durch sein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt!

The location is great, within easy walking distance of both the train station and the Old Town. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Despite there being a restaurant downstairs, it became quiet after around 10:00 pm on the Saturday, so it is OK.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Although I had booked and paid for a double room, I was given a single room instead. I only realised the mistake later because I was tired after travelling and initially thought I had made the booking incorrectly. This was a significant issue for me, as it undermined my confidence in the booking process. While the staff were polite when I raised the issue at check-out, I believe greater care should be taken to ensure guests receive the room type they have booked.

After I raised the issue with the hotel, I was offered a complimentary breakfast on a future stay. While I appreciate the response, I do not consider this an appropriate resolution to the problem, especially as it depends on my returning to the hotel.

Im Sommer kaum auszuhalten im Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich in dem Zimmer zu schlafen. Es hatte gefühlte 40 Grad und keine Klimaanlage oder Lüftung, auch das Lüften über das Fenster hat die Zimmertemperatur nicht mehr wirklich runter gebracht. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war außerdem eh kaum möglich, da man sehr laut!! die Züge hört.

Keine Klimaanlage, zu laut da die ganze Nacht Güterverkehr läuft. Fenster sind gut isoliert, aber im Sommer hilft dies nichts…

Für eine Nacht würde ich es immer wieder buchen.
Pros:

Zentral, man kann vom Bahnhof aus dorthin laufen, auch in die Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer funktional eingerichtet und super sauber.

Cons:

Frühstück war ok, für einen Preis von 11 EUR pro Person kann man eigentlich nicht meckern.
