Pros:

The location of this accommodation is amazing. You could literally walk straight to the Beach - 3 minutes. If needed go back to your room for a bit of rest from a sun. You can grab a book from reception - they have collected many in many languages. I like the fact that reception is available 24/7 and near by shops - with everything you need for breakfast. For those who likes to walk - you can walk up to beginning of Sotavento ( its 1 hour walk just to get there and the Beach itself is very big, massive. Its better to leave the car in the shadow outside accommodation as on a very sunny day its super super hot. I almost forgot that the bed is very spacious and comfortable and i have back problems so this was super important for me.

Cons:

I didn't like German tourists who thought they owned the place and were very loud at night. Maybe next time i check different rooms etc.

Pros:

La ubicación, tenía muchos supermercados cerca, la cocina tenía todo lo básico para preparar algo, sarten malisima, pero peor es nada. El balconcito fenomenal para cenar fuera. Las camas bastante bien. La recepcionista un encanto de chica, súper amable

Cons:

El olor del pasillo, entiendo que es piedra volcánica pero fuera de la puerta olía a desaguae, de hecho el desagüe del baño estaba cerrado, al abrirlo salía mal olor. Había polvo en varias partes de la habitación y el toallero pegado al váter muy mal pensado

Nah am Strand

Cons:

Unterkunft sehr dreckig gewesen (Staub, Haare, Krümmel auf dem Boden und Sideboard) Toilettenspülung kaputt gewesen, wurde zwar repariert aber hielt nicht lange.
Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle dreckig und haben sehr gestunken.
Pfanne kaputt gewesen, wurde auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch das man dort kostenlose Parkplätze anbietet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ansprechend

Cons:

Der Rauchmelder blinkte während des ganzen Aufenthaltes im 30 Sekundentakt hellrot. Schlafen war so nicht wirklich möglich. Habe es reklamiert aber es wurde nicht ausgebessert. Wahrscheinlich nur eine Kleinigkeit um es in Ordnung zu bringen. Das Besteck war zum Teil gefährlich. Ein Schneidemesser (das einzige) war so sehr abgenutzt, dass sich das Heft bereits gelöst hatte und einfach umklappte. Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht ernsthaft verletzt.

un lugar que hay que visitar por lo menos una vez en la vida

La piscina no la utilizamos, esta muy cerque el mar y una playa estupenda, la ubicacion es buena y hay un centro comercial muy cerca, El departamento si bien es chico, es confortable, Pasamos unos dias muy lindos, a pesar del clima que no ayudo mucho!!!!!

Cons:

Aparecieron algunas cucarachas en la habitacion, se ve que es algo habitual porque en la despensa habia un aerosol de veneno. la nevera es demasiado chica, y el agua caliente , cuando te bañas, se agota rapidamente.
Los restaurantes cercanos cierran muy temprano por la noche

A very nice studio apartment, but a very nasty smell coming from the drains in the bathroom

The property was a very convenient location easily accessible to all the shops and supermarkets and beaches

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t like the smell from the bathroom. It appeared that they were an issue with the drainage system as the bathroom always smelt of sewage.
We always had to keep the bathroom door closed at night west we were in the apartment as the smell was very repulsive.
The Windows were always open when we were inside the apartment in order to try and eradicate the smell other than this. The apartment served our purpose.

Cons:

Bitte bucht kein Bungalows Deluxe und lasst euch nicht in der Anlage Las Pardelas Nummer 66 bis 91ein Bungalow geben, dann habt ihr 7 Tage feinste laute Musik von ca. 21h bis morgens ca. 5h vom Shoppingcenter Bahia Calma (10m entfernt) und die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus. An Erholungsurlaub war nicht zu denken 😡😡😡
