Pros:

駅前故、様々な利用のために良いロケーションだった。

Cons:

施設的に、TVのリモコンの電池がなかったのか、調子がわるかった。時期的に暖房だが、冷房をかけたくても窓を開けるだけでの対応でしかできなかった。近隣の駐車場のスペースが今一つだった。
