Güzel nezih bir yerde. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi bir odaydı. Fiyat/performans olarak harikaydı.

Otel genel olarak beklentilerimi karşıladı. Ancak odada rahatsız edici bir sigara kokusu vardı. Pencereyi tam açıp havalandırmak yeterli oldu ki keşke bu daha önce oda temizlenirken yapılsaydı. Ütü ihtiyacım olduğunda getirildi ama maalesef ütü de ütü masası da kullanılamayacak haldeydi. Bunlar dışında fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir konaklamaydı.

Alışveriş merkezine ve metroya olan yakınlığı güzel

Wir haben eine Nacht übernachtet und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut reibungslos. Das Zimmer war deutlich größer als erwartet, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Das Bett war bequem, die Hygiene insgesamt tadellos und auch der Whirlpool funktionierte ohne Probleme.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Shampoospender in der Dusche war leider nicht befüllt. Das war aber eher eine Kleinigkeit und hat den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert.

Fazit: Ein sehr gutes Hotelerlebnis, das wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.

Her zaman konaklama yaptığımız bir otel ancak bu sefer içeri girdiğimizde yüzümüze dahi bakmadı resepsiyondaki arkadaş. Sonra odamızı sigara için istemiyor olmamıza rağmen odaya girdiğimizde her yer sigara kokuyordu asla temizlik yapılmış/havalandırılmış bir oda gibi kokmuyordu. Zaten başka bir oda istediğimizde de başka temiz odanın olmadığı söylendi. Giriş saatinde hala temizlik yapılmaya devam ediliyor olması asla normal değil ve bu ilk kes başımıza gelmiyor bu otelde. Daha önce de temiz oda bulunmadığı için yarım saat geç giriş yapmıştık. Metroya yakın olmasa gelinecek bir yer değil artık uygun bir fiyatı da yok. Jakuzili odaları da jakuzileri hep pis diye gelmeyi bırakmıştık. Temizlik ciddi bir sorun.

This hotel is a complete scam and should not even be in business. They advertise one thing online, but when you arrive the reality is totally different. The building is run down, the elevators don’t work, and the rooms are nothing like the photos. It is unsafe, dirty, and completely misrepresented.

On top of that, when I challenged the charges for a stay I never completed, they tried to twist the story and claim I had used the room in full. They provide misleading and false information to cover themselves instead of addressing their terrible conditions and lack of service. This is not just bad hospitality — it’s fraud.

They are in the wrong completely, and their so-called “evidence” doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is falsely advertising and deceiving customers. Do not trust them with your money or your personal information.
