Pros:

Great hotel, with a combini store on site.

Directly adjacent to winter festival featuring amazing ice sculptures.

A bit pricey for what it was, but no major complains (clean, comfy, great staff), just price/value is a bit low.

Oh, the parking is amazing (and cheap), if you're not used to your care going onto an elevator the experience is pretty cool!

Pros:

チェックアウトする前に掃除員の方が間違えて部屋をノックしてきて、僕は何も気にしてなかったんですが、フロントの方も謝罪して下さり、素敵な接客すぎました。
滞在中もゆったりと休めたので最高なホテルだと思います

言う事なしの快適さ！
Pros:

立地最高、温泉の大浴場、ロビーのウェルカムドリンク。どれをとっても快適でした！
もちろん清掃も素晴らしく行き届いてる。
（今回は利用しなかったけど）一階にコンビニやコインランドリーもあって本当に便利。

Cons:

今回大人3人、子ども1人（小学生）の4人で予約していたのに、アメニティが3つしかなかったこと。
フロントまで行ってカップや紅茶、タオルなどをいただきましたが、最初から用意してくれていたら嬉しかった。

スタッフが、たいへん親切でした。
ゴールデンウィークなのに、雪が降るという､異例の天気で
到着したら、部屋も寒かったので、フロントにTELしたら、速やかに、電気ストーブを持って来ていただきました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

混雑時は、エレベーターが、3台あったのですが、なかなか来ませんでした。

Pros:

忘れ物を最初は着払いで発送と…後で別のスタッフからホテル持ちでの発送をさせて頂きますとの電話があり、気持ちが和みました。
