Comfortable, clean and good value hotel in convenient walking distance of Almaty retail centres. Definitely recommended
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with clean rooms and very helpful staff with good English. I was particularly impressed by the clean bathroom and comfortable mattress. The location is ideal for exploring the city and is close to the Mega Park Mall and Arbat Street. I would highly recommend the hotel for comfortable value-for-money short stays.

Cons:

The process for ordering breakfast was a little disorganised. Breakfast was ordered the night before for delivery to the room at a certain time of day. I ordered breakfast for 8am the previous night and received the breakfast at ~8:15am. I would recommend more preparation of meals before the allotted time to ensure minimal delay.

При заезде сказали большую стоимость чем в брони. А также пришлось провести некоторое время в ожидание номер, т.к. наш номер был занят и продлен другим арендатором. При выезде также сказали доплатить. В общем не ведут учёт, нет согласованности. Или хотели поступить не правильно.
