De kamers zijn heel klein, geen ruimte om je koffer goed open te doen , personeel is heel erg leuk , wifi heel slecht , ik was eerst in een kamer zonder raam waar de airco niet werkte , werd daar duizelig van , geld bij betaald voor een kamer met raam , is beter maar nig erg klein, douche is heerlijk

A basic hotel

Looking through the reviews here, there are no recent ones. Things have deteriorated much since I first stayed here in 2019. Back then, service was friendly, room was nice and clean, aircon was functioning like it should. Perhaps blame it on covid restrictions past 2 years. Blame it on low cash flow to do maintenance. Blame it on lack of motivated staff. Truth is, this hotel’s standard has gone down. Broken, poor maintained room, unmotivated & deary staff working, moldy & poorly cleaned bathroom.. I can go on but you can probably get the picture. Pity, it was great back in 2019 but I won’t be returning.

This hotel is recommended for those who are in business trip and not for leisure. Overall I’m satisfied with the room and will come again for next trip.

This hotel looks like a bussiness class hotel with the pictures and the price. But unfortunately, when i checked in, this hotel feels like a budget hotel with no shower water heater, no refrigerator, the room is small and the beds feel and look a very budget hotel. I totally disappointed on this hotel with the price and advertising. If the price is same as budget hotel i will not complaint on this.

Basic amenities, but okay

New facilities. However some rooms were very small. And we were not given room with a view as per booking.

Overall was good. Small room for a very basic need. Acceptable cleanliness & had comfortable sleep despite that very bad pillow. Found stain mark on the towel which i never used. Perhaps, housekeeping should dispose that kinda towels.

Good aircon, comfortable bed, clean towels, room well lit, good WiFi and clear TV reception. Not much food near by is my only complain.

From main entrance right up to the room, everything furnished with intricately wooden carving. Rimba synonym with Jungle or Forest in local language is the best budget hotel to stay in Terengganu and a stone throw away to access to the city center and Gong Badak Industrial Zone.

Poor service in terms of welcoming guests. Receptionist was not trained to be a frontliner. Mineral water was not provided for following day although room was booked for 3 consecutive days. Iron facility in only available at the lobby and it looked awkward for guests to do their ironing in front of other guests. NOT recommended to stay for more than 1 night unless management upgrades their services.
