Lo staff è stato molto attento, ottima la cena a buffet, tutto curato, molta attenzione da parte dello staff. Purtroppo la colazione non utilizzata in quanto sia io che mia figlia siamo state molto male

La descrizione di booking non è chiara, la Deluxe non iha il balcone pertanto lo staff dell'hotel mi ha proposto una camera inferiore con balcone, che ho accettato, mi aspettavo però un ricorso per questo disguido e per non avere usufruito della colazione ma va bene. Nel complesso ottimo hotel dove andrei di nuovo

A beautiful and good value hotel, but the pool cleanliness in the evening and limited non-spicy food options need improv

The hotel is beautiful and very clean considering the local standards and the price paid. It offers great value for money.

Cons:

The swimming pool was dirty when I used it in the evening. Additionally, the buffet food is extremely spicy, with very few non-spicy or European options available.

Great location. Beautiful Hotel. Amazing service.
Pros:

This is the second time I stayed at this property this year. The property is clean, well kept and the service is great. Very relaxing environment. The restaurant is great and very accommodating. Loved it.

Beautiful setting.
Pros:

The views were spectacular, every room was set to have one. The doors opened to make you feel like you were sitting under a verandah. The pool was pleasant. The small massage on arrival, organising the Yala tour for us. The bed was comfy and the shower delightful.

Cons:

It was quite expensive compared to our other stays. The light in the room at night. The room was somewhat dated and needed maintenance.

Zaangażowany personel jest w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra współpraca z personelem. Manager recepcji zasługuje na premię, podobnie jak manager restauracji hotelowej - za każdym razem proponował, że zrobi coś dla dzieci, jeśli lokalna kuchnia nie będzie im odpowiadać. Mam wrażenie, że sprzątanie było 2x dziennie! Hotel jest dobrym punktem wypadowym do jazdy na safari do Yala park. Nasz pokój był bardzo przestronny i cikeawie urządzony.

Cons:

Niestety smród znad jeziora był trudny do wtrzymania, podobnie jak zimna woda w basenie z powodu porywistego wiatru znad jeziora.

Pros:

A beautiful lakeside property with all the amenities you would expect of such a place. We were met by Ramesh the manager who talked us through the property and informed us of a room upgrade which was unexpected and tremendousl generous and wonderful.

The room was an absolute delight as were all the staff from room to kitchen to valet.

A truly memorable lakeside experience with beautiful pool and easy access to nearby Yala NationalmPark.

Recommended highly.

Disappointing but clearly the staff are trying but hotel needs updating
Pros:

Staff trying hard to be accommodating and friendly. Nice refreshing towel when arrive and get back from safari. Checked how you were getting on throughout the stay.

Cons:

Pool loungers and towels dirty/stained. Bathroom not clean. Rooms in general need updating. You can’t take any drinks down to the seating area by the lake. The only seating area outside for a drink has big clumps of straw falling onto it from the thatched roof which was dangerous. Pool also not clean with a ring around the inside.
