Exellent stay in the best location at Thissamaharama. Great room, friendly staffs, great food. Sachini at front desk and Jayasooriya at restaurant were very friendly and helpfull. The management is keeping this hotel in the top quality. Rooms were very clean and spotless.

Outstanding resort, pool was awesome, clean and great temperature. Food was good with lots of choice and so many staff to help.

We had a wonderful stay at EKHO Safari Hotel and would happily give it five stars. The hotel offers beautiful views over the lake, especially at sunset, which creates a very relaxing and special atmosphere. The rooms are generous in size, very clean, and comfortable, with stunning views over the water.
The food throughout our stay was excellent and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. One small detail that deserves special mention is the cappuccino, which was honestly the best we had during our time in Sri Lanka.
We were traveling with our three year old daughter who has an egg allergy. The staff paid incredible attention to this and went out of their way to make sure she could safely enjoy her meals and never felt excluded. That level of care meant a lot to us as parents.
During our stay our daughter developed an unusual skin reaction that unfortunately got worse over a few days. The General Manager, Shantha Kumara, personally accompanied me to a private hospital, helped translate with the doctors, and even covered the cost of the visit. This level of kindness and care went far beyond what we would ever expect from a hotel and we are deeply grateful.
We also highly recommend the Balinese massage by Tiara, which was exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall, EKHO Safari Hotel offers excellent food, beautiful surroundings, outstanding cappuccino, and truly remarkable hospitality. We felt incredibly well taken care of and would gladly come back.
