Pros:

Great location for the beach and bars, restaurants & shops. Apartment was modern and adequate for a week. When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes as the room wasn't ready. The shower had sand and hair in. When we checked out the guy took the keys and said thank you bye...! . No mention of the 100 euros deposit, returned in full when I asked but felt like if I hadn't then there would have been no mention of it.

Great location in the Old Town. Really clean. Well equipped. Helpful staff at reception. Only downside was only one mirror in the bathroom - with four girls sharing this wasn’t ideal!

Muy justito para una escapada corta a la playa.
Pros:

El apartamento tiene las comodidades básicas para pasar unos días. Se ve que ha sido reformado hace no mucho tiempo pero también de forma muy básica, paredes lisas, muebles de Ikea, etc. Con las zonas comunes (portal, pasillos, etc) han ido a lo práctico sin mirar la estética.
En nuestro caso, la puerta de la terraza (a un patio interior) estaba rota y no cerraba así que manteníamos la persiana bajada.
La recepción no siempre tenía gente y tenías que llamar por teléfono pero las 3 cosas que pedimos nos las dejaron dentro del apartamento al día siguiente.
Lo peor de todo fueron los inquilinos de los demás apartamentos. Se ve que es un sitio frecuentado por grupos de ingleses que vienen a Benidorm de fiesta y tienes que aguantar portazos, cánticos a cualquier hora, cruzarte con borrachos por las escaleras, suciedad en el portal, etc. Y al no tener recepción si quieres pedir un poco de paz, lo único que puedes hacer es llamar a la policía.
Para familias es un sitio de batalla para ir a la playa 3 o 4 días, pero nada más.
La zona es céntrica en el casco antiguo con muchos sitios para comer y cenar y la playa a escasos 3 minutos andando.
Pero es muy complicado aparcar el coche. Lo mejor es buscar un parking low cost y olvidarte de él.

Pros:

Apartment is in a good location 1 min from sea in old town but that’s the only thing it’s got going for it. Sofa bed was broken and torn. Table had a big hole in it but more worryingly was the window in the bedroom would not lock. We had to wedge pegs underneath it to lift whole window up so it stayed in position. Also complete lack of facilities, 1 mirror in whole 2 bed flat. No iron or ironing board. No toaster. Also one key made it a little difficult. Would not use again.
