De locatie was goed en het was vrij rustig in het hotel
Er was schimmel in onze kamer. Overal stof, ze zijn ook 3 dagen op rij onze kamer vergeten poetsen. Het was gewoonweg smerig!
El desayuno, pero tampoco era nada excepcional.
Las instalaciones en general, spa sin taquillas, sauna fuera de servicio, en general necesita actualizar. Habitacion muy pequeña. Había pedido habitación con balcón y no tenia balcon. Fui a recepción y no me quiso cambiar la habitación diciendo que no lo había pedido. Muy poco amable .
Das ganze Bad wurde nass beim Duschen, somit war alles nass und das war kein Urlaub. Das Essen war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen okay, wenn man garkeine Ansprüche hat. Zudem strahlt dieses Hotel keine positive Stimmung aus.
Möchte ich nicht nochmal hin.

el personal muy amable , la limpieza correcta , la habitacion nos dieron una suite junior muy limpia , la situacion del hotel perfecta para descansar , la cena de mala calidad y presentacion en cambio el desayuno perfecto , las camareras de comedor Lena y Laura un encanto , las criticas son constructivas , siempre para mejorar ,ahh y la piscina del spa muy muy relajante

There should be water available at night. There was no water in the room on check-in nor in the dining room.
I really enjoy our stay there. Very good food it has also pool sauna. I really like also the price for what you get.
i found the place only a bit far from city. if you plan to go to city regularly it is a bit far.(1hour 15min)

it wasn't like that much
I don't even know where to start the review. We checked into the hotel on Booking, but still waited for about 30 minutes. we got a room with a view of the neighboring house, which did not even reach the 1-star level for us. the window let in all the noise, the staff there were smoking cigarettes and talking loudly. the garbage was picked up there at 10 o'clock in the evening, and taken down with the same loud noise in the morning. The bathroom was wet after showering because there was no door on the shower. the wall is sometimes black, sometimes cracked. At a four-star hotel, you would expect at least a kettle, but this wasn't even a glass, the things that are basic in other hotels, such as small chocolates, flowers, a mineral water, tea or coffee maker. but nothing here. you get up before 8 in the morning because that's the sound. I told them on booking that I wanted a coffee maker, but they didn't respond.
It's a very good value for money. Staff is nice and helpful, food is fine, it's cleaned everyday, all you can need from hotel.
Breakfast was great.
One of the men desk. He was having a political conversation with a group of Italian costumers and it was very awkward (Wednesday 07/05).
