Winziges Zimmer, gute Location.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich, Lage optimal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war winzig! Das war zwar angegeben (wer lesen kann, ist bekanntlich im Vorteil), aber ich hatte bei einem guten Hotel kein derart winziges Zimmer erwartet, weshalb ich nicht darauf geachtet habe. Frühstück war gut, allerdings habe ich selten gesehen, dass so viel verschwendet wird ... es wurden noch dann Eier gebraten, als längst niemand mehr kam. Im Innenhof kann man sitzen und feiern, was für die Feiernden natürlich angenehm ist, aber wenn man das Fenster auf hat, hört man sie und kann nicht einschlafen.

Nettes Hotel, aber nicht sehr ruhig
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen mit Tiefgarage, sehr leckeres und überdurchschnittliches Frühstück mit sehr vielfältiger Auswahl, das war schon etwas besonderes

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, Autogeräusche & grölende Gäste des Restaurants gegenüber störten massiv die Nachruhe, leider konnten wir daher nicht gut schlafen

Sehr gutes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen, fast direkt an der Krämerbrücke. Die Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln waren kurz.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Cons:

Die Wege im Quergebäude waren ewig lang.

Super Urlaub, tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Super Lage, besser geht es nicht. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr hart, habe dann aber ein zusätzlichen Aufleger bekommen, der für Abhilfe gesorgt hat.

Es war eine Freude in ihrem Hotel, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent. Bodenständiges Personal, immer gesprächsbereit. Sehr gut, dass auch 2 Zimmer im niedrigen Preisniveau angeboten werden! Besonders der klimatisierte Bereich der großen Lobby war an diesem Tag ein Genuss.

Cons:

Das Wlan war unterirdisch und nur auf den Zimmern einigermaßen ok.

Good choice in old town
Pros:

This is a smart, modern hotel, ideally located in the heart of the beautiful old city. It is an approx fifteen minute walk from the main train station. We struggled a bit, wheeling our bags over cobblestones, but it wasn’t too bad (we are aged in mid to late seventies).
We were upgraded to a superior room and it was very pleasant, clean and functional.
Breakfast was good.
The only reason I am not awarding five stars is that the wifi was unreliable at times.

Super 3 Sterne+ Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüfett und bei den Temperaturen, war die Klimaanlage Gold wert
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Schmidt glaube ich) war sehr nett und informativ

Cons:

1 kleiner Kühlschrank wäre noch schön
