The service was very unprofessional. The parking is horrible and the beds are so uncomfortable

The dad helped me and he was so sweet even though he is learning. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay with them again.

I liked the patio area in front of the property, the interior hallway decor & guest room decoration

On arrival they couldn’t find the reservation. Owner has difficulty in understanding English.
Entrance to property not clean and unwelcoming.
During the very early morning while asleep there was banging on the bedroom door then it was opened, apparently the owner went to the wrong room to do a wake up call.

It was not revealed to me until AFTER I booked the hotel that they have limited parking and charge $35 / day for parking while the hotel across the street offers free parking.

It was a great experience for spending the night for 2 days. The room is amazing and great customer service.

Old, broken, and wasted wallpapers and tiles on the floor and walls, not very clean. For the price, it is not a good stay.

Good area, just needs for weekend

The rooms are extremely small, not well maintained. The worst part, the place doesn't have parking space for big cars and you can't find parking nearby. The area is not safe either.

This is a ghetto motel not a hotel. The area seems unsafe and dirty.

The person greeting us at check in was friendly and efficient. It went downhill from there. The room was very noisy, sheets were crunchy, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The front desk didn’t open until 9am. The self service coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work. I tried to get a working one at 9am but the front desk didn’t open. We checked out with wet hair and no person at the desk.

Easy and straight forward check in. They don't discriminate or look at you funny.

Great experience will definitely be coming back soon !

Metropolitan Inn& Suites was perfect and close for our project, the stayed was pleasant and the room was always clean, great coffee and nice patio at front. We enjoyed.

There's no parking and it's in the worst neighborhood you could possibly imagine! If you have to walk in that neighborhood night you'll probably end up dead. One of the biggest s*** holes I ever found!

For 250 a n8ght I expect a clean and well maintained space. Stairwell walls were dirty and unpainted. The room was bice but again the bathroom doir was dirty and stapled.together.

Deposit was kept with no reason given.

Deposit kept because it took 45 mins to clean the room.

Fantastic stay other than the difficulty parking, though the staff was super helpful and work with you if you can manage getting there early enough to secure a parking spot.
