Pros:

Great hotel and location. The rooms were set up really nice and comfortable. The hotel have bikes you can use which is really good and makes it fun to ride to the piers.

This place is a yes
Pros:

Excellent service, beautiful views, comfortable bed and clean rooms, what more could you ask for?! But seriously, I've already bragged to my friends about our experience at Venice V and told them to bookmark it for their next visit to LA. This will certainly be one of the places we check first when we return to Cali. Thank you, staff for going above and beyond!

Loved the vibe
Pros:

Location was amazing. Venice Beach vibes. The room was amazing. From the artwork in the foyer to the artwork and design of the room, it felt unique, individual and different… in a good way.

Venice pur
Pros:

Stylisch, mittendrin. Perfekte Anbindung LAX sowie sonstige Ausflüge. Morgens bei Sonnenaufgang joggen - mega!!!

Cons:

Man muss halt die „locals“ bzw. Nachtschwärmer vor Ort (vor allem abends) für die Location inkaufnehmen; aber sie tun nichts und falls es mal was lauter werden sollte, sorgt die Polizei für Ruhe.

Pros:

Stayed at Venice V - excellent choice all around.
Right on the beach with a cool, relaxed Venice vibe that feels authentic, not overdone.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed - comfortable without trying too hard.

The staff really stood out - warm, attentive, and easy to deal with. Just great people.

Location is perfect - steps to the beach and an easy walk to Abbot Kinney for great restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect hotel in Venice Beach
Pros:

A lovely room in a lovely hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived mid-morining for a mid-afternoon check-in, they got the room ready within the hour. They offered good food recommendations and were very nice.

We stayed in Penthouse Two, a corner room facing the beach. The room is large, clean, simple, and light. The bed is comfortable and we slept with the windows open, listening to the sound of the ocean.

My wife and I were in LA for the week because I had meetings, stayed at a perfectly reasonable hotel in Hollywood. We were at the V on the last night so we could get at least a day of vacation for both of us. I love Venice Beach, but haven't been in years. This was the perfect hotel for a relaxing night in a beautiful place.

As an aside, I was pleasently surprised to see that Small World Books is still open, worth checking out.
