Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I didn’t eat there. Location excellent. Had to park across the road which cost £11.20 for 24hrs not a problem if staying one night only. Staff were attentive and friendly. Cannot think

Will come again, no complaints, but not that room.
Pros:

Breakfast great we were offered a smaller breakfast at a reduced price but it never happened. Everything else was good.

Cons:

We had the same room as last year and it needs updating, very small and we had to live out of our suitcase, no wardrobe or cupboard space. We saw a couple of the other rooms and they looked nice, but saying that the price was good.

Pros:

Central right across from the seafront.
Very friendly guy downstairs who checked us in. We stayed in the King with sea view it was a big room very clean . There was a hospitality tray which was very much appreciated especially the bottles of water in the hot weather.
There were even binoculars to look out over the beach which I thought was very quirky!
The bed was comfy and plenty of towels. It was hot so we made use of the fan in the room.
We also ate downstairs in the pub and food was plentiful and delicious.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was a last minute booking and first time to Hunstanton which we found absolutely lovely.

Nothing really it was perfect for what we wanted

Pros:

Staff were ok for most part. Close to beach.

Cons:

Although the weather cannot be controlled. The room did not have adequate ventilation. Unable to open window fully, and it was over the kitchen exhaust!! The ceiling fan did not work, and a small desk fan was provided. The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, or clothes and some mold in the shower.

Very good location ideal as a base for your holiday
Pros:

Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Obviously as it was a pub it got a bit noisy and with other pubs nearby it took quite a while to get to sleep

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, I was greeted on arrival and shown the room by a member of staff, the fan being placed in the room was a nice touch given the heat, world cup games were being shown, comfortable room, all in all I would recommend.

Cons:

The corridor area leading to the rooms and the room doors seem to have unfinished work being carried out however this didn't affect the quality of the stay.
