Why have black carpets in the showroom?

Pros:

Liked location central ,bar area and staff good.
Breakfast good but expensive no information of prices or menu.
Also should be included in price

The room was boring walls bear plus need decorating.
The bed no headboard pillows were poor, and mattress very uncomfortable could feel springs and not good on back didn't sleep well need decent mattress not cheap
The system for toilet when flushing very noisy as it's a pump type so had to stop flushing as kept you awake.
You could also here people next door when using shower this was room 10.
Hallway unfinished decorating plaster off wall 🧱
Room small, no information on room door for fire alarm or exits.
Also no separate light switch for toilet main light worked both.

A very pleasant stay and a great price!
Pros:

I liked that it was an excellent price for the location it is in. Had everything we needed in the room for a short stay. Very comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Some updating could be done, shower was just a dribble, some of the flooring coming up.

The stay was for one night and it was adequate for that purpose.
Pros:

The room was quiet, comfortable and there was a sea view. The staff were very welcoming and helpful too.

Cons:

The room was in poor condition and the bathroom really needs an update there needs to be some kind of heating in the bathroom too.

Didn't particularly like handing over complete bank details to staff...we felt so vulnerable, every last bit of info...we were told it's to pay for damage if we had made any...

Pros:

The location was perfect.We had a seaview room which was very nice.
The bar and staff are very nice and they have tv's where you can watch the football.
Our first visit to Hunstanton was very nice.It has a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

The parking is not great.We paid £11.20 for 24 hours to park in the carpark opposite but saying that there is parking outside the hotel IF you can get a space.Sadly the free spaces are nearly always taken so it's first come,first served.

It was a bit shabby but well stocked with tea, coffee, shampoo and the bed was very comfy and clean etc. I felt the room just needed a bit of TLC

Satisfactory
Pros:

It was clean and quiet and adequate as I am only using the bed to sleep in. Now out of season

Cons:

Although my outlook was a brick wall, it was a little disconcerting not to have a blind at such a large window when stepping out of the shower or at night when sleeping. The shower and toilet were noisy (possibly a macerator) which meant I did not flush the toilet at night. It was generally clean, I think for anyone heavier the mattress would be uncomfortable as the springs were very apparent could consider a new mattress or mattress pad. The shower needed some descaling as the large shower head and tiles had limescale.
