Great hotel, excellent food and friendly staff
Pros:

If you visit Santa Cruz this hotel will bring you to next level. It’s a very nice hotel with great hospitality and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, there is a nice pool and also a small but nice fitness center. If you need to work during your stay there is a business center where you can work comfortably. The restaurant serves brilliant food so nice and tasty

Confortable, great service, perfect facilities
Pros:

The staff was very nice! They were always helpful with my requests, which were many considering we were with a 1 year old.
The suit was spacious and comfortable, it also had a separation pane so hanging out while the baby slept was ideal.

We had a wunderfull stay in the hotel cortez. The food was very good and the people from the hotel were very friendly. The pool area looks great and we had from our room a great view.
