Que no dijeron en ningun lugar que necesitaba PIN para mi tarjeta de crédito y que en Bolivia eso es ley. Me lleve una gran sorpresa cuando hice mi check out a las 2 de LA MADRUGADA! que pasaba si no tenia plata en cash para pagar???? ahora tengo que resolver como hago que la empresa me devuelva mi plata. Eso es un error garrafal considerando que estamos en otro pais y esa ley no la tenemos, no tengo un PIN para mi tarjeta de credito.

Luxuriöses Hotel mit großem, tropisch bepflanzten Innenhof und Swimming Pool und mit geräumigen und modernen Zimmern, sehr gutem Frühstück und Restaurant.

Nice hotel but not sure how has it got 5-star rating

The hotel has very nice decorations

Cons:

Not sure it's a 5 star hotel. Not even an electric kettle in the room. No smart TV with YouTube either. (an apartment in the city with 1/3 of its price tag has a kettle in the kitchenette and a smart TV).

Best hotel ever
Pros:

Best hotel ever, great pool although it was cold outside the pool was warm and very comfortable, also the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as well, and the shower was amazing. Also the service is amazing, David was a high quality waiter, very polite and kind.

A relaxing experience
Pros:

I love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The pool is awesome and the music selection is really nice. The location is good, with many restaurants near the hotel.
The breakfast should include more protein, not only eggs. Bacon or sausage or something salty to eat with the eggs. Prices in the hotel restaurant are a little bit pricey but the food is pretty good. Definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel é fantástico. Limpeza diária impecável, piscina externa aquecida ( maravilhosa) com banheiras de hidromassagem e sauna. Disponibilidade de roupão sem custo, e os fun sempre atentos as nossas demandas e se esforçaram muito na comunicação..O café da amanhã é um show a aparte. Maravilhosooooo. Localização fácil para se deslocar e pedir comidas. Nossa TV não pegava Netflix, só canais locais, mas o hotel providenciou aparelho q permitia conectar, facilitando assistir desenhos (para meu filho) em português
