A relaxing experience
Pros:

I love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The pool is awesome and the music selection is really nice. The location is good, with many restaurants near the hotel.
The breakfast should include more protein, not only eggs. Bacon or sausage or something salty to eat with the eggs. Prices in the hotel restaurant are a little bit pricey but the food is pretty good. Definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel é fantástico. Limpeza diária impecável, piscina externa aquecida ( maravilhosa) com banheiras de hidromassagem e sauna. Disponibilidade de roupão sem custo, e os fun sempre atentos as nossas demandas e se esforçaram muito na comunicação..O café da amanhã é um show a aparte. Maravilhosooooo. Localização fácil para se deslocar e pedir comidas. Nossa TV não pegava Netflix, só canais locais, mas o hotel providenciou aparelho q permitia conectar, facilitando assistir desenhos (para meu filho) em português

Excelente custo beneficio em Santa Cruz de la Sierrra.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente e muito completo. Há grande variedade de frutas frescas, um buffet quente bem diversificado, além de sucos naturais. O ambiente da sala de café é climatizado, garantindo conforto, mas também existe a opção de tomar o café da manhã à beira da piscina, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável.
O hotel oferece várias opções de comidas regionais, o que enriquece bastante a refeição e costuma agradar muito aos hóspedes estrangeiros.

Cons:

A única coisa que não me agradou foi que o cartão‑chave do quarto desmagnetizava com muita facilidade. Felizmente, há um telefone no corredor, o que permite contatar rapidamente a recepção para solicitar uma nova chave já magnetizada.

Great hotel, excellent food and friendly staff
Pros:

If you visit Santa Cruz this hotel will bring you to next level. It’s a very nice hotel with great hospitality and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, there is a nice pool and also a small but nice fitness center. If you need to work during your stay there is a business center where you can work comfortably. The restaurant serves brilliant food so nice and tasty
