Close proximity to the venue that we were attending

Bar and food very good. Bed was very comfortable. View from the room towards the stadium
Net curtains looked grubby, wallpaper damaged by the bed, the shower temperature adjustment tap had a missing chrome top and the desktop lampshade was badly damaged.
nathing poor very disappointing
This was our 4th visit in Sun'lun, all the 4 times staying in this hotel, so knew what to expect: Kind staff, lovely restaurant, comfy room (this time one, that looks to the Stadium - thanks !!), great location and great Northeastern hospitality.
Nothing - should anyone have any problems, feel free to ask any of the staff members to help and they will do all they can to solve your problem.
Good location, modern and nice interiors
Unwelcoming staff on check-in. Stains on room carpet. Tiny queen bed which was not comfortable. Thin duvet. Shower was a trickle.
Clean and quiet
I was charged an extra £25 for my dog. This was not on the booking.com website or taken when I paid. When I checked out it was added.
Seems unfair to not have charge upfront.
Perfect location
The parking
The staff was a credit to your company absolutely first class

Not a lot really
Very outdated, fixtures and fittings really poor, stained carpets, bath with no plug, car park not signposted had to go in and ask where you park a car, very little staff, had to go and find someone at reception to serve at the bar, then I was almost forced to pay £15 extra for breakfast that I had already paid for, still pushed me to pay it even after showing them my receipt. To sum it up, it was essentially a very poor travellodge, this is far from what I expected from a Hilton hotel, I feel ripped off for what I paid and what I received in return
Great breakfast buffet. Loved really large TV in room. Great vibe on match day.
Feel like you are stuck on a roundabout location wise. But close enough to the centre.

Nothing
Bright decor. Clean room and good location for our requirements. We stayed one night for a friends party close by. It was a comfy bed, nice room, view of the football stadium. Nice and quiet during the night and we both slept well.
