Very noisy regardless of the hours as it is near the main road. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you
The location of this hotel. It located near shopping mall, fast food stores, pharmacy and JNE. Those stores help me for my needs at the moment.
Hotel room seems unmaintained, there were molds in the walls, it was not pleasing to see. The bathroom was dimmed and the hot water didn't work. The cleanliness of the bed and bedsheets were questionable. I won't stay here again. So many good hotel in this price range.

Almost everything
The food is delicious and they provide me room at the highest floor (as requested)
- They never answer message on booking.com although I has reminded them on Instagram
- they don't care your complaining
- They didn't tell me that 10th floor is for smooking rooms. I had to phone them many times to do smook treatment in my room. They are not responsive at all.
if you want to have easy access, enabling you for a smooth mobilization to most places in town, then this hotel is one of the best options. sitting on the side of the main road so that much more easier to access most of the destination in town with any kind of transportation... twenty hours a day!
the hotel itself is good, following its brand standard i a sure; clean with friendly staff from the security at the gate, reception, till the cleaning staff.
but my aircond in the room was not cold enough :(
not too sure if the bed is the brand standard? never been staying in other amaris brand.
the weakness of beeing on the side of the main road, you can still hear the noise from the traffic, eventhough you are on the top floor. but that is not really disturbing, still can sleep well.
thank you for a good stay experience, would love to comeback and this hotel is recommendable for those who are looking for simple place to take a rest while you are in town.
