I booked here to be near Halim airport. Staff were nice. Easy check in. Room was fine for 1 night only.
STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WILL SERVE AND HELP YOU WHEN NEEDED.
During myself and family having breakfast, there is certain foods station out of food and no FB staff look on it. I informed the matter to one of the lady staff, she look at me and ignore it. I look around there are three staff busy clearing plates and clearing table . Non of them look onto food station. Till the manager or supervisor arrived.

Normal like other properties in middle of city, we stayed at this hotel purposely of being located close to a metro station
