Personal und Zimmer
Bei der Buchung dieses Hotels wurde ausdrücklich angegeben, dass es einen Swimmingpool gibt. Als ich jedoch im Hotel angekommen bin, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Swimmingpool nur an bestimmten Tagen der Woche für Kinder geöffnet ist. Das ist für mich eine große Enttäuschung und meiner Meinung nach irreführend.
Wenn ich den Hotelaufenthalt nicht im Voraus bezahlt hätte, wäre ich sofort in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Da ich den Swimmingpool nicht nutzen kann, muss ich praktisch den ganzen Tag in der Lobby des Hotels verbringen.
Bitte geben Sie bei der Beschreibung des Hotels klar und deutlich an, unter welchen Bedingungen und für wen der Swimmingpool tatsächlich zugänglich ist. Ich bin mit dieser Situation überhaupt nicht zufrieden und möchte, dass meine Beschwerde und die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten ernst genommen werden.

The hotel staff was friendly, facilities were good, and breakfast was very extensive with great taste. The hotel is very well located for people traveling between Woosh and Jakarta City Airport. Both are near and easily reachable by Grab.
