Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was my first time in Midland, TX as I came down for an anime convention where one of my favorite voice actors was appearing. The gas station being right next door was convenient for me as I could just walk when I wanted a snack or to go to one of the restaurants. The room I stayed in was nice, clean, and cozy. The girl who checked me in was really sweet and helpful throughout my stay here and was very attentive when I had issues getting the remote to work. If I ever do come back down to Midland I will definitely stay at this hotel again

We will stay again
Pros:

The location was great. Everything was very clean! We extended our stay two different times they are absolutely kind and helpful about it. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I wish that they would update their TV system so that you can stream things like Netflix, Hulu, etc. There was only a few TV channels, and they were all boring.

Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. The location was excellent. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was very kind. We will definitely be staying there again.

Cons:

I do not like that it doesn’t’ have a pool. And the Fitness room could use some improvement but overall wonderful stay

Terrible breakfast
Pros:

Price and cleanliness

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible! The first day I made myself a waffle and the batter was spoiled. The Breakfast items were never refilled, it was always empty. Our stove range kept tripping and the emplyee was annoyed with us for asking him to flip the breaker. We finally gave up and didn't use it anymore.
