Very convenient everything
The mattresses did not sleep well, very uncomfortable
I was pleasantly surprised that my room had a partial view of the lake, which I was not expecting. Excellent location as it has easy covered connecting access to the Huntington Convention Center, which was where I needed to be. The front desk staff was courtesy, professional, helpful, flexible, understanding, and responsive. The cafe Noshery, with its 24-hour grab-and-go self-servce and friendly counter service between 6am and 10pm added to the convenience and comfort at good value to my stay.
The fitness center and pool have good hours and are both well stocked with clean towels.
The hotel is a easy and safe 10-minute straightforward walk from the Tower Center Rapid Transit station with direct service from the airport.
Despite the fact that my room was right next to the elevator shaft, I hardly heard the elevators. Loud guests in the hallway could be heard through the room door, if they happen to be right outside my door.
Television, although this is more of a general Hilton issue rather than an issue unique to this property. Direct TV instead of streaming apps which guests can watch programs through their individual streaming account strikes me as a relatively outdated service for a global chain such as Hilton.
Love the second floor bar! Traci, Scott, and the other bartenders are so friendly and accommodating. We had a great time celebrating our friends and watching the World Cup!

Our stay here was wonderful. The location was close to many great restaurants. We ended our night at Elliot’s bar where we were well cared for by Chasity, Greg and Elena.
Nano took the best care of this set of AP Readers all week long. He knew our names, our drinks, our room numbers... he is one of the reasons we love Cleveland. We have a special posse who meets every year and Nano is now part of our set of precious memories.
We had a wonderful experience. Nanotechnology took care of us and remembered our names every time we came.
Excellent service. Ramiro my bartender was amazing, gave me great service and was extremely professional. Highly recommend asking for Ramiro next time you’re at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland. Will definitely be coming back here!
We had a first class, wonderful experience for three nights in Cleveland. The view of Lake Erie from our room was spectacular; particularly at sunset! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fresh and delicious.
We enjoyed local attractions within walking distance, including the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum,” and Progressive Field where the Guardians beat our Boston Red Sox.
The room was very clean and housekeeping excellent. Valet service was top notch and worth the small increase in cost over self parking.
There is a gym that we used to try and counteract the effects of tasty libations available in the rooftop “Bar 32.”

Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late and it was great to feel welcomed. The restaurant had great breakfast chouces, too!
