Très belle hôtel
Pros:

Nous en sommes à notre deuxième séjour au Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Nous sommes revenus pour assister à un match des Guardians et nous avons encore une fois beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui permet de visiter facilement le centre-ville à pied.

Toutefois, j’ai été un peu déçue par le coût du stationnement, qui est assez élevé, ainsi que par le fait que les bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre soient payantes. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ce prix, je trouve dommage de devoir payer pour de l’eau. Même certains hôtels plus abordables, qui offrent le déjeuner continental, incluent des bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres.

J’apprécie toutefois que de l’eau soit toujours disponible dans le hall. C’est un petit détail, mais offrir quelques bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre serait un beau geste envers les clients.

Malgré ces petits points négatifs, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et espérons revenir lors d’une prochaine visite à Cleveland.

Prachtig hotel met mooie ligging en parkeergarage.
Pros:

De ligging is perfect op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamers zijn keurig en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.

Pros:

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was so delightful and welcoming. All of the restaurants in our hotel were clean and the food was out of this world. The valet service was quick. Our room had a wonderful view of Lake Erie.

Cons:

Those 2 items I described were very disappointing. Do better.

Room location and view were both excellent.

Cons:

There was a problem with the AC not working in the room. We went to the airshow and when we returned the room was very warm and humid. I did call the front desk and maintenance was sent. He was able to clean the unit out and cooler air did return but not enough to make the room comfortable to sleep.

Bigger problem is that we used the valet service for our car. When it was returned to us the next morning it was in a condition that looked like someone went through all the compartments. Items were not where we left them and most of the items from the glove compartment were on the passenger floor. Nobody had an explanation of this when I spoke to the valet.

Das Essen des Room Service war sehr gut. Auch wenn es mit Plastikgeschirr in Papiertüten gebracht wurde.

Cons:

Das House Keeping war bis am Nachmittag nicht im Zimmer. Wir hatten sie dann schlussendlich abbestellt.
