Great hotel, amazing service
The hotel was very clean and inviting decor. Rooms were clean and cared for everyday. Meals were very good in restaurant and bar area. Rooms a bit pricey but location was perfect and convenient. My summer splurge for the year.
Fantastic experience, friendly staff and tidy room. Strongly recommend. Although short man behind the bar on the roof could have been more pleasant.
Elena was my bartender and was so kind ad personable, listening to my random stories. Service was excellent at the 2nd floor bar, good food and great drinks. Room was good but the food for the conference was excellent and caffeine was always accessible, which is paramount.
Marquetta provided exceptional service during our breakfast dining experience. Despite it being extremely busy Sunday morning, she checked on our table throughout our breakfast which made it much more enjoyable.
The 32nd floor bar in Cleveland was lovely- but we abandoned our reservation at a local restaurant and stayed for the evening because of Anesa’s stunning service. However much you’re paying this gem is not enough. Double it.
Thank you so much Hilton Cleveland Downtown for taking such great care of us! When we arrived, they were kind and explained everything beautifully from the hotel restaurants available and their hours, to the gym being open 24-hrs and more! Then we went into our room and the carpet was all wet from a refrigerator leak. They moved us immediately and upgraded us to a suite. Totally not expected but so appreciated! The baristas at the Noshery were lovely and make a fantastic mocha. They even remembered our drink each day. We will definitely be back the next time we attend a tradeshow in Cleveland.

Valerie, the hostess, was the sweetest loveliest lady and made us feel so welcome and at home. She was very kind to us. And Ryan, our server was lovely as well and very attentive :) we were very happy
Staff is super friendly. From the front desk to the servers at the restaurant, they go out of their way to make you feel at home.
The valet parking is expensive and takes forever . The self parking is not clear and is also over priced.
The elevators are slow also.
Stopped in to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown where we were greeted by two Bartenders, Elene and Greg at the lower level Bar. They were both very friendly and welcoming. They both had a great sense of humor and we never waited a second to be served! They are definitely an asset to your corporation!
