Spacious, updated, modern, comfortable, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The valet service was efficient and quick. As a frequent solo traveler, I felt safe and well cared for. This place is a must-stay if you’re in downtown Cleveland!

Cons:

The market offers a variety of packaged items, from snacks to toiletries, but I would advise against purchasing the hot menu items. The products are frozen and heated at the time of purchase.
