Pros:

Posizione centralissima, comoda per visitare i principali punti di Lisbona. Camera pulita, refill quotidiano di acqua.

Cons:

Stanza un po’ piccola. Avrei gradito (considerato il prezzo) la colazione inclusa!

Havia duas reservas duplicadas e o hotel informou no momento do checkin, e eu informei que não havia feito duas reservas, somente uma ,até porque não recebi nenhuma comunicação a respeito da segunda reserva.
De qq forma o hotel estava ciente no momento do checkin que esta reserva não tinha sido efetuada por mim pois foi através da plataforma do booking e que deve ter havido algum problema no sistema deles.
E mesmo eles sabendo que eu não ultilizei esta segunda reserva e durante toda a minha estadia conversei com os funcionários explicando a situação ;, depois de 12 dias eles cobraram uma reserva , mesmo sabendo que não usei. Como tb não fui eu que havia feito esta segunda reserva.
Acredito que esta política deles , vendo e sendo explicada presencialmente a situação , eles não deveriam ter ficado com o valor da segunda reserva .
Não recomendo este hotel para ninguém. Pois quem não respeita um cliente sério e com razão , não merece que seja utilizado este serviço por ninguém.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Kleinere Mängel wie Toilettenpapier-Halterung wackelte und bei der Toilettenspülung konnte man das Wasser nicht immer zum stoppen bringen. Da im Bad keine Lüftung vorhanden ist, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es an der Decke leider leicht anfängt zu schimmeln. Ich hatte dies gemeldet, jedoch meinten sie, dies sei wegen des Dampfes und lässt sich wegputzen.
