L’endroit où se trouvait l’hôtel était très bien. Proche des endroits touristiques et des restaurants et magasin.
Les chambres sont extrêmement mal isolée. On entend le bruit des douches avec l’eau, on entend les gens marcher dans les couloirs de l’hôtel. Et certain voyageur de l’hôtel tapais contre les murs lors qu’il entendait un bruit. Je me douchais et la personne à côté tapais contre le mur pour que j’arrête de faire du bruit.
Dans les toilettes, j’ai remarqué qu’il y’a eu des changements et que les trous des visses n’ont pas été recouvert.

Location and staff are lovely.
The plug sockets are not updated and could use usb c direct plug in, we couldn't turn the air con off and it was cold all night.
The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Lisbon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how cozy and welcoming the room felt.
The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the tram passing right next to the building. It was quite loud, and the bed would shake when the tram passed, which made it difficult to fall asleep. However, I understand this is not really the property’s fault.

This is a lovely, modern hotel right in the centre of Lisbon, 2 min walk from the square at the waterfront. Location is great for getting around. The rooms are very nice & spacious. The staff were all lovely & very helpful, especially at reception. I found this hotel one of the cheaper options for staying in the centre compared to other hotels so it was good value for money.
The only negative point is I found when it was very hot (30c+) the air con wasn’t quite cold enough at times but we managed fine. Also something to note is the shower in the bathroom has a frosted window to the bedroom which was quite see-through when having a shower, so anyone else in the room can see. This didn’t bother us much as we are a couple but I imagine some people would not like this.
