Location was great
Don’t believe we had the room paid for,it was a disabled room.Shower not always hot,noise from other rooms when showers running pipes noisy.Street noise room on corner of building.Someone else complained about there room
We had a very pleasant stay at Turim Terreiro do Paço Hotel. The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Lisbon.
The young Indian receptionist who welcomed me on my first day was exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was incredibly kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the check-in process.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the luggage attendant was also very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and the outstanding service provided by most of the staff.
The only negative aspect of my stay was my experience during check-out. The receptionist on duty seemed rather rude in her manner and facial expressions, which made me feel uncomfortable and a little unsettled.
The lady at the front desk was fantastic. She helped us book our train tickets when we were struggling with the booking

Fiquei duas vezes neste hotel, numa mesma viagem, em diferente ocasiões.
Na primeira, fiquei num quarto com cama de solteiro, que fica numa área que talvez seja "acréscimo" ao restante do hotel. O quarto é desnivelado, fazendo com que a cama fique meio "caída". Na segunda estadia, fiquei em quarto com cama de casal, aparentemente no prédio principal e o quarto era nivelado. Cama confortável. No entanto, o chuveiro do segundo quarto estava "caindo" a água saia so pela parte de frente do chuveiro e não esquentava adequadamente. Tomei banho frio durante os dois dias de hospedagem, mesmo tendo notificado a recepção. Se prontificaram a entender o que ocorrida, mas não foi resolvido. Também não me ofereceram nenhuma contrapartida após a reclamação.
Forneceram garrafa dágua no quarto. Quarto com fribogar. Café da manhã do hotel opção buffet, ~17 euros, boas opções de proteína, carboidrato, frutas, castanhas...

Excellent location close to the fabulous Chiado and Alfalfa areas, close to the river too. A beautiful hotel, small and very personal the staff were lovely. Room was really comfortable and quiet. We didn't book to have breakfast but there were loads of great options nearby - by far the best was Hygge 2 min walk away.

Die Lage des Hotels war großartig, das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir durften unser Gepäck nach dem auschecken den ganzen Tag noch im Hotel abstellen.
Der Speiseraum war sehr eng, und es war eher eine Abfertigung. Ich hätte mir auch mehr Auswahl gewünscht.
Albergo di qualità complessiva decisamente elevata, che non delude le aspettative. La posizione è assolutamente strategica sia per la visita del centro (Praca do Comercio e zona pedonale Baixa, ma anche in posizione favorevole per salire alle colline del Castello e Graixa). Mezzi pubblici vicinissimi, anche per la puntata a Belem.
Stanza funzionale, accogliente, di ottimo livello e ben pulita di ampie dimensioni e con illuminazione e climatizzazione adeguata. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta per ogni gusto, anche con prodotti freschi. WiFi ottimo in tutta la struttura.
Personale super gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza: non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Un'ottima scelta.
Nel bagno alcune finiture (vedi box doccia) iniziano a mostrare segni di "stanchezza": tubi e flessibili che spandono e schizzano ovunque, sigillature e fughe piatto doccia non proprio immacolate, qualche incrinatura e stuccatura di troppo qua e là.
Carenza di prese di corrente in prossimità del letto: non è possibile appoggiare il device in ricarica sul comodino perché la presa più vicina è nell'angolo della stanza e necessita staccare una lampada piantana per usufruirne.
Occorre ricordarsi di richiedere esplicitamente la pulizia della stanza appendendo il cartello, altrimenti non viene eseguita.
Die Lage ist top, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Bett sehr bequem und im Zimmer hört man kaum Geräusche.
Das Bad inkl WC bietet null Privatsphäre, es hat keine richtigen Wände sondern ist praktisch ein Glaskasten.
Die Einrichtung ist recht altmodisch, wirkt 80er-Jahre-mäßig.
