Bien sauf repas
Pros:

L hôtel est bien et bien situé avec un parking facile. Le déjeuner n est pas terrible, les présentoirs sont petits et donc vite vides or il leur faut 10 minutes pour remplir à nouveau les présentoirs. Le premier jour le café n était pas terrible, le second le café était ok.

Cons:

On a dîné un soir, ce n était pas super. Je conseille d aller manger en ville. La lasagne était sèche et n avait pas beaucoup de goût. Mon tiramisu était mauvais, je devais casser le biscuit.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing room, absolutely stunning. Lots of room and the bathroom was spectacular!

Fabulous staff , old school hotel , functional.
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely old elegant property , tastefully set out and immaculately clean . The staff were attentive and very helpful , particularly Sofia on reception who arranged a bottle of champagne for us (as it was our honeymoon) and booked us onto a tour of Parma ham , parmigiano and balsamic production (very good) The gym equipment was older but worked sufficiently well . The breakfast was good .

Cons:

We both felt the hotel was more of a four star rating . When most things worked fine -there weren’t any luxuries to speak of . The pillows on the bed were particularly hard - a small thing but an important one!
Evening meal was disappointing and nothing special I’m afraid particularly the lasagne - tiny and crispy!

Unico 5 stelle a Parma, ma meglio soggiornare altrove.
Cons:

Chiedono la carta di credito al check in e prelevano subito l'intero importo.
Poi in camera trovi linea cortesia di un albergo 3 stelle, (quelle con le bustine); doccia insensata, senza piatto doccia, devi stare scalzo sul pavimento, senza box doccia, solo tenda. Non si vedevano canali RAI ne MEDIASET per guasto alla rete wi-fi e non hanno tolto neanche un centesimo.
Colazione molto deludente, con selezione di prodotti di scarsissimo livello.
Arredamento delle camere inquietante.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal (Grazie Sofia) !
Reichhaltiges Frühstück und ausgezeichnetes Abendessen. Leider hat das Restaurant keine besonders einladende Atmosphäre , aber der Garten ist wirklich schön zum Sitzen.

Cons:

Eigentlich ist alles fein, es könnte nur ein bisschen charmanter gestaltet werden.

Very good.
Pros:

Hotel is exceptionally nice, interior and exterior design top notch. Facilities very nice.Staff is accommodating and very nice. Food was good.
Wouldn’t mind coming back again if in the area.

Cons:

Air conditioning was to loud, couldn’t sleep well.

Der Garten ist sehr schön, das Frühstück war lecker, das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Ein ganzen Tag kein WLAN, schlecht, wenn man zwischendurch arbeiten muss.
Die Matratze war extrem hart, ebenso das Kissen.
