The location was great, and it was a beautiful property. I would stay here again.

It was beautiful and elegant!

Cons:

The stairs to go to the bathroom are dangerous. And the ceramic tile in the shower area dangerous if soap gets in it too.

Ein luxuriöses Wohlfühlhotel für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Parma
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit kleinem Park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat ein gute Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum - wofür es nichts kann ist das der Fußweg an sozialen Brennpunkten vorbeiführt.

Our two night stay at Grand Hotel di Parma was the best out of our month long stay in Italy
Pros:

Our room with private very large terrace was spectacular. The room was beautifully decorated and the large walk in shower was welcomed. The staff overall was very professional, cheerful and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! Beautiful gardens in back of hotel.

Cons:

A staff member asked us to leave the garden area because there was an event that evening. Information should be conveyed to guests prior to arrival (or at booking) explaining the garden area will be "off limits" to hotel guests.

The gardens

Cons:

We stayed for to nights. One afternoon the staff sayed we cannot use the gardens since there is a private event. They should have told this to use before booking since the only good thing with the hotel is the gardens. They very rudely said the ones organizing the event paid 8000 euros! We paid 900 for only two nights! Then they told us to only sit at a bench… very rude!
We arrived at the hotek at 22.00 on first night. There was no one! No vale! We had to carry our kuggages by ourselves. What kind of a 5 star hotel is this
