The superior room we had was large and really comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were superb.
We also loved the two balconies we had.
Spa facilities are fine.
Floor and sofa cover in the room should be changed, there are traces of old spillages and the sofa fabric is torn, but this is actually not a deal breaker, just a detail to address.
Also, we had a feeling there was too much chlorine in the pool, the water was really sharp when you dip your head.
Osoblje u restoranu i na glavnoj recepciji: Moram pohvaliti te djelatnike – bili su izuzetno profesionalni, ljubazni i susretljivi. Hrana, lokacija, urednost - top.
• Neprofesionalnost u wellnessu: Najveće razočaranje bio je odnos osoblja na recepciji wellnessa (djelatnica nas je višekratno i vrlo neugodno opominjala da budemo tiši jer se moje dijete smijalo i veselilo u vodi). Smatram da dijete od par godina ne može (i ne treba) ući u bazen kao u knjižnicu. Ako hotel prima djecu, oni moraju računati na to da će biti cike i smijeha. Da su htjeli grobnu tišinu, trebali bi uvesti pravilo "Adults Only", a ne trenirati strogoću na obiteljima. Tada je sa nama bio još jedan stariji gospodin kojem sam se osobno ispričala i koji mi je uzvratio da ne brinem, da je dječji smijeh normalna pojava, te dvoje ljudi u sauni. Uspjela sam utišati dvoipolgodisnjakinju, ali isprati gorak okus i osjećaj nepoželjnosti - nisam.
• Selektivna pravila: Posebno nas je pogodila nedosljednost – već sljedeći dan na bazenu je bila veca grupa ljudi uz deset puta veću buku (jer došlo je i još djece, naravno) na što više nitko od osoblja nije reagirao. Očito pravila vrijede samo onda kada se mogu izdresirati. Kada ne mogu - puste se.
• Udobnost spavanja: Madraci u sobi su bili izuzetno mekani, do te mjere da je suprug spavao na podu. Nekome pasu mekani madraci, nama nažalost nisu. Zato je išla odjava noć ranije.
