Pros:

Otel biraz eski görünüyor ancak konumu çok güzel. Şehir merkezinde pek çok yere yakın, dolmuş durakları otelin tam önünde.

Yatak, çarşaflar, banyo, tuvalet genel olarak temizdi. Ancak bazı detaylar atlanmış, mesela kahve makinası temizlenmemişti, içinde kahve bırakılmış. Yedek bırakılan Tuvalet kağıtlarının biri ıslanmış ve su lekesi olmuş. Her ikisine de ihtiyaç duymadığımız için sorun etmedik.

Kahvaltıda domates, peynir, zeytin, reçel tereyağ, bal, kakaolu fındık ezmesi ve çay verildi. Çeşit azdı ama doyduk.


Çalışanlar çok iyi, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular, bebeğimizle seyahat ettiğimiz için odaya beşik istedik, biz gelmeden koyulmuş. Gezilecek yerler için öneride bulundular, park yeri konusunda yardımcı oldular.

Beşik kullanacak olanlar için baştan belirteyim, sanırım sadece sallanan beşik var, biz hiç kullanmadığımız için bebeğimiz içinde uyuyamadı. Ama odada ekstra yatak vardı orada uyuttuk.

Memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Beğeni kişisel bir durumdur ve mutlak eksiksizlik de ancak Allah'a aittir. Bu hotel sağlaması gerekenleri sağlamış bir yerdir.Biz gayet memnun kaldık kızımın üniversite mezuniyeti için ailemle beraber konakladım.Fiyat/Performansı gayet yerinde ve lokasyonu da çok iyi olan bir hotel. Ömer bey ve Musal beye ve görevli hanım kardeşimize özellikle çok teşekkür ederiz.

Otel merkeze çok yakın, odadaki ekipmanlar oldukça eski, temizlik konusunda ortalama diyebilirim. Otelin çalıştığı turlarla bir yere gidecekseniz otel yetkilisi 17.30-18.00 gibi tur bitiyor diyor ama bitmiyor. Bizim tur yetkilimiz sağolsun turu hızlandırmasına rağmen 09.40 gibi başlayan turumuz 19.00 da bitti eğer hızlandırmasa çok rahat 20.00-20.30 gibi biterdi. Genel bir toplamak gerekirse, diğer otellere bakıp fiyatlarda çok fark varsa burası tercih edilebilir aksi taktirde bir daha konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer değil

KIZ BAŞINA KALINABİLECEK BİR YER :)
Pros:

Trabzon’da bir kız olarak tek başına kalınabilecek oteller arasına girer. Çalışanları güler yüzlü, ilgili. Otel konum olarak şehir meydanına çok yakın ve güvenilir. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz teşekkürler sağıroğlu otel 👍
