Uitstekende prijskwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Uitstekend doorgangshotel. Heel authentiek (oud klooster) en sfeervol. Uitstekende keuken met lekkere Italiaanse (simpele) gerechten maar puur met verse producten.

Kamers zijn basic maar schoon en ruim

Slapen in een kloostercel in een prachtig complex.
Pros:

Schitterend complex, Cisterciënzer klooster uit 1142. Je slaapt in een "cel", waar vroeger de kloosterlingen sliepen.
Ook het stadje Fontevivo is de moeite waard. Een belevenis!
Stilte, rust.
Ook het museum van de trekharmonica bevindt zich in dit immense gebouw.

Cons:

Helaas was het restaurant die avond gesloten. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige zaal.

Pros:

Location magica, piena di storia e di storie.
Cena da standing ovation con servizio di altissimo livello. Ravioli ripieni alla zucca e miele fatti a mano. Dolce incredibile da vedere e da gustare. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Rapidité check-in / check-out. Restaurant sur place très sympathique et bonne cuisine.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu loins des espaces de restauration et de l'accueil. L'insonorité laisse également à désirer, mais nous sommes conscients qu'il s'agit d'une vieille bâtisse.

De rust van het dorp en het hotel. Perfect als tussenstop op weg naar het zuiden. Lekker restaurant ook!
