Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Toskana.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Supermarkt, Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage und Pools. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch schon einen früheren Bezug der Wohnung ermöglichten. Wir haben gute Tipps zum Essen gehen bekommen.

Cons:

Es hätte etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche sein können. Die Betten waren für unser Befinden etwas hart. Leider kaum WLAN in der Wohnung. Auf der Terrasse oder am Pool war das WLAN aber super.

Pros:

Meravigliosa struttura nelle campagne tra Bolgheri e Castagneto Carducci. La camera era molto pulita e curata, con una piccola veranda privata. Pur non essendo presente il servizio colazione, in camera si trovava un piccolo frigo e tutto il necessario, in più al mattino abbiamo trovato le brioche sul tavolo della veranda.
Le piscine a disposizione erano due, entrambe curate e a disposizione esclusivamente degli ospiti della struttura. Una menzione speciale all’accoglienza di Riccardo, gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta! Un’oasi di relax che consiglierei a chiunque cerchi tranquillità!

Heerlijk genieten!
Pros:

Veel ruimte (woonkeuken, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers) en schoon. Goed werkende airco. Fijne handdoeken. Genoeg borden en schalen (bestek kon iets meer zijn en miste een aardappelschil/ fruitmesje) en pannen.
Twee mooie, ruime, schone zwembaden met cabanas, faciliteit om te bbq-en en gebruik van een wasmachine mogelijk.
Was heerlijke lokale gin te koop en balsamico azijn. Helaas was de olijfolie al uitverkocht. Vanaf september weer een nieuwe oogst.

Cons:

Helaas geen wasmachine in het huisje (wel een buiten voor gezamenlijk gebruik) en waren er geen koffiefaciliteiten. Mokka express was incompleet. (Weet ook niet of ik het aan de praat had gekregen). Miste ook een waterkoker of fluitketel. De vaatwasser waste niet schoon (mss geen zout of glansmiddel??). Wat meer bestek, yoghurt/ fruitschaaltjes zou fijn zijn en wat scherpere messen. De handdoeken werden bij een verblijf van 4 nachten niet automatisch verschoond. Bij navraag op de 3e dag werd dit snel geregeld.

Prachtige locatie met twee hele mooie zwembaden met heerlijke ligbedden. Het appartement zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk koel door de airco.

Mooie tuin en goed gelegen, maar weinig comfort voor de prijs die je betaalt.
Pros:

De tuin, de twee zwembaden en de locatie. De communicatie via whatsapp met de eigenaar verliep vlot.

Cons:

Het appartement is gewoon niet geïsoleerd en je hoort letterlijk alles wat de buren zeggen. De bedden en matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe, we hebben heel slecht geslapen. De algemene kwaliteit van de accommodatie viel tegen en voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. Heel kleine douche, eenvoudige keuken. Geen warme verwelkoming, geen uitleg, onpersoonlijk. Kortom, veel te prijzig.
