The eggs were watery. The rest of the food was good.
That our booking site did not let us know they had storms and they were over booked.
I didn't even stay at the hotel. Booking.com did a terrible job reserving my room. Even though I had my confirmation number, booking.com could not get me another room. I had to pay for another room if I wanted to stay. I didn't have the funds for another room. Will not be using their services anymore.
The lack of accountability at this hotel is unbelievable. I wish I had read the reviews on their own website beforehand—it would have saved me this entire experience. What's confusing is that Expedia rates this hotel as "Excellent," which doesn't match what I experienced or many of the reviews I later read.
When I arrived at check-in, my room wasn't ready. I told the front desk employee I had just driven three hours and had already eaten nearby, but there was no real apology or solution—just, "I don't know when the room will be ready." Eventually, another employee stepped in and had housekeeping clean it. I was told it would take about 30 minutes and that they would call me when it was ready. After waiting 40 minutes with no call, I went back to the front desk, where my keys were simply sitting there waiting.
Unfortunately, the room was far from clean. Aside from the beds being made, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, the toilet was dirty around the base, the sink hadn't been cleaned, there were crumbs on the table, and a dirty throw pillow for the sofa bed was shoved into the closet. There weren't even sheets for the sofa bed, which was also dirty.
To make matters worse, a staff member walked straight into our room without knocking. I'm assuming they weren't informed the room had already been assigned because of the earlier cleaning issue, but that's completely unacceptable.
After about 20 minutes in the room, I went to the front desk, explained everything, checked out, and booked the hotel next door instead. The difference was night and day.
Despite only being in the room for about 20 minutes, the hotel denied my refund request through Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia ultimately resolved the issue for me. However, the hotel's manager has never responded to emails or returned phone calls from either me or Expedia, which says a lot about how they handle customer complaints.
For anyone wondering why I didn't ask for an upgraded room instead of leaving: I had already waited 40 minutes for the largest room type I had booked because it wasn't ready. There wasn't an upgrade to offer, and after seeing the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism, I had no confidence that another room would be any better.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It wasn't even inexpensive compared to the much nicer hotel next door. Even at a budget price, this experience wouldn't have been acceptable. Absolutely disgusting.
Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Room was a good size. Very good location.
Tile floors were sticky. Light out in the room and only 1 elevator was working.
While driving to the hotel the weather was pretty bad .The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice and well prepared. The room was spotless and the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and accessories. The common are where cleanes and hallways lights were bright and light fixtures clean. Looking forward to booking a room in the near future.
The bath room tub needs recauking around the top of the tub area.the hair dryer hooks need tightening. .
Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Convenient location. Felt safe and secure.
This was a repeat stay as I checked out to go to another destination and returned a day later. There was no question that I would be returning to Hampton.
My stat at Hampton Inn was perfect; it was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was outstanding!
We had a very comfortable stay here. It is in an area that was quiet but still close enough to enjoy downtown easily. This was a stop on a longer road trip, so we also enjoyed that it was close to the highway.
The staff was really nice.
I was in room 210 and the beds were horrible. There was a dip in the middle of the mattress and no support in the mattress at all. This made sleeping awful.
Чистота
Unable to answer the facility gave a complimentary cancellation due to inability to have a working pool. On check in and through the prearranged stay.
The inability to have the pool in use which was a key factor in choosing this hotel for our arrangements
.
It’s was clean.
My side of the bed was broken down and when I told them the next day they said well we will get a new bed for there. That’s it what they said.
