Torino piegata dal caldo e noi senza aria condizionata

Innanzitutto, la disponibilità a posticipare il soggiorno per sopraggiunti problemi familiari e solo per questo ringrazio e meritereste un 10.
Posizione eccellente, in Piazza Castello, davanti alla fermata dei taxi e a due passi da tutte le vie centrali della città.
Velocità del check in, pulizia ottima. camera spaziosa con ampio bagno. kit caffè e piccoli snack a disposizione gratuitamente.
Deposito bagagli utilissimo

Cons:

Non posso tollerare che nonostante una segnalazione avvenuta due ore dopo il nostro ingresso in camera, circa il mal funzionamento del condizionatore, nessun tecnico, così come riferitoci dalla receptionista sia sia presentato per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Per strada c'erano 35° gradi ed in camera quasi. Due notti passate tra lenzuola e cuscini bagnati di sudore INACETTABILE.
Capisco che di mezzo c'era la festa del santo patrono, ma neanche un tentativo di risolvere il problema, non è corretto e professionale.
Al netto di questo, ammetto che l'organizzazione della struttura per gli ospiti non è proprio il massimo.
mi spiego: durante il ns soggiorno ci sono state numerose interruzioni di energia elettrica, e di conseguenza non volevo prendere l'ascensore ma le scale possono essere usate autonomamente solo per scendere ( porta uscita di emergenza), al contrario per usare le scale per salire da piano terra al secondo piano bisogna ogni volta chiamare ad un numero di telefono che da remoto apre la suddetta porta di emergenza. questo condizionamento ogniqualvolta si deve entrare e uscire ( per chi non vuole usare l'ascensore) crea un certo senso di privazione che non mi è piaciuto.
