Creepy and disappointing
Pros:

Food was good. The gym is also well kept and clean.

Cons:

One of the weirdest and most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a hotel happened during a 1 day work stay. I checked in around 3 pm, left my luggage in the room, and stepped out for work. When I returned around 7 pm, I noticed a plate of fruits on the table and was unsure if it had already been there when I checked in. I went to the reception to confirm and was told that hotel staff had entered my room after I left to place the fruits. When I returned around 7 pm, I noticed a plate of fruits on the table and was unsure if it had already been there when I checked in.

I went to the reception to confirm and was told that hotel staff had entered my room after I left to place the fruits. This was done without my permission or knowledge.

I expressed how unprofessional this felt and how it was a clear breach of my privacy. I was told that since I hadn’t placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside the room, they assumed it was okay to enter. They also mentioned that they knocked and called me, and since there was no response, they went ahead and entered the room.

This explanation made no sense to me. What if I had been sleeping or showering? I was also told that this was the first time any guest had raised an issue about such a situation, which only added to my discomfort.

The entire experience was unsettling, especially as I was traveling alone, and it left me constantly thinking about what could have gone wrong. without my permission or knowledge.

Fair Value for Money
Pros:

Reasonably fair facilities. Courteous staff.

Cons:

Room too cramped for two adults. I asked for an upgrade but was informed that all rooms are the same. So had to stay for 6 nights in the same room.

Comfortable stay but will not opt for the food options served in the restaurant.
Pros:

Value for money for the room and the basic amenities that were provided is 2 large water bottles, WiFi access, easy check in and out.

Cons:

Shower room drain wasn’t working too well, it was getting flooded repeatedly, the cup on the bathroom washbasin was filthy/unwashed!
The buffer dinner was very average for the price that was charged, please improve the quality & taste of the food on offer rather than trying to keep multiple menu options.
