Hostel Beautiful

The place is not very welcoming. Be aware there is no AC, which can be a problem during summer time. Good if you need to save money, but I wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night.

The bed needs replacement. It's uncomfortable. Bedbugs! The AC was not working. It was really hot on a summer! I asked the man from reception to check AC but did not act on it. When I returned at the reception to follow up, it was already closed! Literally ignored my request!!!

The wifi doesn’t work, and we kept getting told the aircon is broken, that the owners know and wont fix it, it was too hot there. Some people from my room turned on the aircon from the wall and it worked. I’m not sure what is going on there.
The kitchen has just a fridge and microwave

SO EXPENSIVE and No WIFI in the rooms - No towels even for the hands in the bathroom - you need to pay extra - people complaining in the desk all the time - disgusting bathrooms / bad common areas - Racist - they accommodate white with white etc . Not worthy

Very disappointing experience. The room had an air conditioning unit installed, but guests were told it was not available for use. More importantly, the room description on Booking.com stated that a fan was provided, yet there was no fan in the room when we arrived.

We spent a very uncomfortable night in an 8-bed dorm during the Italian summer with poor ventilation and stale air. When I raised the issue with reception and later with the owner, I was initially told that nothing could be done. Although the owner eventually said a fan would be provided, several hours passed without any action. It was only after I mentioned that I would file a complaint that a fan was finally brought to the room.

What disappointed me most was not the lack of air conditioning, but the fact that an advertised amenity was missing and that staff seemed unwilling to address the issue until a complaint was threatened. I have stayed in many hostels and understand that budget accommodation comes with limitations, but basic ventilation in a crowded dormitory during summer should not be considered an unreasonable expectation.

I hope the property improves both its facilities and its approach to guest concerns.

O Wi-Fi não tinha sinal no quarto, isso me deixou bem irritada.

The AC worked only one night and they provided fan for the other nights. Otherwise, it's good value for money

El aire del cuarto no funciona, y no tiene ni un ventilador. Por el calor,toca dormir con la ventana abierta y hay ruido toda la noche.
