Best location & service.
Pros:

The sincerity of the staff, their attitude and the kindness they show.
The hotel is also very close to the metro and the center.

Pros:

Шикарное месторасположение, хороший приветливый персонал, доп сервисы в отеле, такие как бассейн, массажи. Можно прям в отеле купить вино не по завышенным ценам. Возможность оплатить картой при бронировании.

Cons:

Номер довольно потрёпанный, нет ничего кроме стаканов, даже ложки, не говоря о ноже. Номер на первом этаже, очень большое окно, что плюс, но очень узкие шторы, их еле хватает закрыть окно.

Buena ubicación y servicio pero desayuno súper escaso.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la ducha funcionaba perfectamente (agua caliente, aislamiento para que no salga el agua...). El servicio también estuvo súper atento y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje durante el día además de dejar el coche una vez hecho el checkout.

Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda, bastante dura. Y el desayuno bastante escaso, nada que ver con una de las fotos que ponen para ofertarlo. No había casi nada de fruta, ni cereales, ni yogurt... Tampoco había opción de bebida vegetal. Nos sentimos un poco engañados.
En general, calidad-precio no está mal pero si que pagas por una calidad de desayuno que no tienes.

Cons:

Being told no milk today at breakfast on a number of days of our stay. There's a carrfour 2 mins away. Breakfast was 8 till 11. Went one morning at 9.30, hot foods not replenished. You'd expect food to be kept filled up and milk to be available. Being woken up at 7.30am by a generator outside the window with fumes and smoke filling the room. No bar although it says there is.

Avoid This Hotel: Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Unsafe!!!

My stay began with an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism from the staff. Upon arrival, despite holding a fully confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com, I was forced to wait in the lobby for nearly two hours for the manager to “approve” my check-in. This alone reflects a complete disregard for basic hospitality standards.

The receptionist demonstrated a highly dismissive and uncooperative attitude, and the situation escalated further when her HIGHNESS the manager finally arrived, displaying an equally inhospitable and arrogant demeanor. I was then informed that my reservation platform was “not paying them,” and I would need to rebook through another platform—an explanation that appears to be nothing more than an attempt to charge a higher, walk-in rate.

After unnecessary delays and pressure, I was eventually checked in, only to be assigned one of the worst rooms imaginable. The room had a broken window glass (posing a serious safety hazard), a malfunctioning shower, and a non-functional air conditioning system. This is completely unacceptable by any standard.

Overall, this experience reflects extremely poor management, lack of professionalism, and a clear disregard for guest safety and service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Очень шумно , номер был на 1 этаже ,с улицы шум машин , с бассейна шум создавали гости , в номере был запах сигарет , на стойке регистрации никого не было
