Location was good
Being told no milk today at breakfast on a number of days of our stay. There's a carrfour 2 mins away. Breakfast was 8 till 11. Went one morning at 9.30, hot foods not replenished. You'd expect food to be kept filled up and milk to be available. Being woken up at 7.30am by a generator outside the window with fumes and smoke filling the room. No bar although it says there is.

My stay began with an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism from the staff. Upon arrival, despite holding a fully confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com, I was forced to wait in the lobby for nearly two hours for the manager to “approve” my check-in. This alone reflects a complete disregard for basic hospitality standards.
The receptionist demonstrated a highly dismissive and uncooperative attitude, and the situation escalated further when her HIGHNESS the manager finally arrived, displaying an equally inhospitable and arrogant demeanor. I was then informed that my reservation platform was “not paying them,” and I would need to rebook through another platform—an explanation that appears to be nothing more than an attempt to charge a higher, walk-in rate.
After unnecessary delays and pressure, I was eventually checked in, only to be assigned one of the worst rooms imaginable. The room had a broken window glass (posing a serious safety hazard), a malfunctioning shower, and a non-functional air conditioning system. This is completely unacceptable by any standard.
Overall, this experience reflects extremely poor management, lack of professionalism, and a clear disregard for guest safety and service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Очень шумно , номер был на 1 этаже ,с улицы шум машин , с бассейна шум создавали гости , в номере был запах сигарет , на стойке регистрации никого не было
