Понравилось рабочий персонаж и место нахаждение.

Cons:

Сначало не могли открить двер комнаты,из за этого поменяли комнату. Сквозило из закрытого окна , не работала холодилник, телевизр показал всего 3-4канал, завтрак не соотвествовал цене,и было очень шумно.банние халати были порванны.

Overall we didn’t satisfied with services provided by hotel, we hope that they will meet the customer’s expectations.
Pros:

The location of hotel is very convenient as it is near to Metekhi church and you can easily stroll into the center of the city within minutes. The pool was against our expectations, it looks different in reality.In photos it is much better.

Cons:

When we first entered the room in the evening, the floor wasn’t clean, we asked the staff to clean it up the other day, then it looked better. We didn’t know that breakfast was not included in the price, but we saw that it was, so we added extra 25 Gel for each person in order to have breakfast.

It was a good experience for us to see the beautiful Tbilisi.

The breakfast was fine. The location was excellent.
