This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front.

Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room.
Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never stay again or recommend to anyone else!

I hope the owners see this review understand that this is not acceptable. The owners and staff need to appreciate the value of customers who are on holidays not be treated like a burden. Room for improvements!!

Un lugar viejo, que fuera de temporada es medio triste , el personal correcto pero el compmejo es antiguo bien para pasar una noche , no mas el internet es deficitario, la cama y almohadas antiguas no volveria.

Se siete in cerca di pace evitate questa struttura vi imbatterete in un orda di bambini che urlano piangono corrono tutto il giorno fino a notte.Stanza pulita con moquette datata,ho evitato di camminare scalzo.per paura,mare e lido belli dieci minuti a piedi dall Hotel.Animazione sublime presenti non oprressivi preparati in ogni campo ottimi spettacoli.Mensa da eliminare piatti scarsi antipasti una valanga di patatine fritte,melenzane,zucchine,funghi ,spinaci e qualche frittura tipo pastella.Secondi valdostana quella che ho preso ko una fetta di carne di non grosse dimensioni una sottiletta e una mezza fetta di cotto sopra stop.Colazione frutta sconosciuta corneti medi cioccolata o vuoti marmellata fette biscottate acqua aranciata yogurt pezzi di torta margherita caffe e latte -uova e bekon sconosciuti -pane e burro mi sarei aspettato di piu' in ogni caso non tornero' saluti

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in appartamento bilocale,pochi passi e sei in spiaggia.Dopodiche' abbiamo alloggiato in hotel,camera più piccola ma molto confortevole ,frigobar ,molte prese e un terrazzo molto grande con vista mozzafiato sul mare .Cibo buono e personale molto gentile.Ho avuto un problema di salute e nonostante siamo partiti prima,la struttura è stata molto comprensiva.La ragazza alla reception davvero molto gentile.

HOTEL UN PEU VIELLOT

Generally a bit shabby, carpets in public areas needed a deep clean. Staff were helpful, English not generally spoken. Satisfactory for one night stay but more would have been a challenge.

My experience is based on all other hotels around the world that I have stayed in. Hotel does not supply amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body moisturiser, hand soap. At breakfast barista made coffee cost extra. No free internet, paid for it and it did not connect. No supplied tissues. No pool towels.
No offer of dry-cleaning or laundry services. No porter to help with luggage.
We stopped outside the main entrance to unload our luggage only to be greeted by a man screaming at us that we couldn't park there. Not a nice greeting. Only a 2 star hotel.

Chambre avec très belle vue sur la mer, le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Mais trop bruyant, musique du matin au soir.

Et relativt sort hotell som sikkert har vært veldig fint da det var nytt, og det er bra vedlikeholdt. Tilbudet om underholdning for familien var voldsom og støyende fra tidlig til sent. Fin beliggenhet ved strand og med basseng. Et hotell som er egnet for italienske barnefamilier som liker å bli underholdt!

Molto organizzati. Struttura molto bella. Cibo nella media. Animazione troppo giovane poca esperienza.

Wifi is not readily available, i didn't get seaview as promised and the phone wasn't working. The staff was great and the sales manager was understanding. Majority of staff members don't speak any English so be very careful. According to mad on expedia the resort is 26km away from the airport but in reality it is more than 60km. If you get a taxi make sure you have 70 € to pay the taxi.
