Hotel Puerto Pacifico Guayaquil Airport

NO HOT WATER AFTER A 12 hour day of travel and being exhausted.
Hotel would not even offer me a complimentary breakfast for my hassles of no hotel water!
I hope no gringos waste their money staying here! Horrible customer service!

Check in was smooth. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to the airport, however staff shared that although the hotel is a 9 minute walk, it's best to take a $5 taxi. I paid way more than I intended. Especially hotel tax added on and I was forced to pay for breakfast while making reservation that I will not be able to take advantage of due to early flight.

Loved my stay. It was very clean and close to the airport.

It is nice property and comfortable rooms. However, it is very noise. I couldn't sleep listening the sound of the doors, other room noises. It should improve sound isolation. It is impossibleto rest. I just checked out and when to GH hotel.

Nice staff - clean & modern facilities & good breakfast buffet (& included w my booking).

The bunk bed room was perfect for our one night stay with 5 people. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing and we got Nutella milkshakes sent up to our room. Great stay!

I tried multiple times to get a hold of this hotel and so did hotels.com before we arrived and they do not respond. We had to make a minor change and they made things very difficult

My new "go to" for travel in and out of the Guayaquil airport. The rooms are always super clean and the staff is awesome. It's a little noisy, but everything in Guayaquil is. Much cheaper than the International brands.

Great alternative to expensive US chain hotels near GYE. Very clean and the breakfast at the adjoining restaurant is delicious. I will be back for sure!

The hotel is very modern, but there are a few areas for improvement. They need to buy new towels and be more engaged with Expedia regarding their rates, which seem quite high. Additionally, the front desk staff should inspect the rooms after guests check out. This was the first time I noticed this issue. The rrst looks good

Good location close to the airport. Amenities are close by but safer to go by taxi. Room was clean, good breakfast and helpful staff.

The hallways were very warm. The room was extremely hot but they gave me another room that the sun wasn’t beating in through a window without shades like the first one. It must have been over 90° and stale air.
