All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. Hermoso lugar, personal encantador, puede mejorar en ciertos puntos.

Cons:

A la mañana siguiente de nuestra llegada, encontramos restos de uñas en la terraza de nuestra unidad, avisamos a recepción y luego del aseo diario seguían ahí, tuvimos que avisar de nuevo y recién ahí fueron a limpiar la terraza, nos preocupaba sobretodo por la pulcritud pero también pues fuimos con nuestro hijo de un año que se mete todo a la boca y podría haberse atorado con una uña de un desconocido. Además en la tina quedó una mancha de tierra luego de bañar a nuestro hijo uno de los primeros días, y esa mancha se mantuvo durante toda la estancia lo que nos hace dudar del cómo se hacía el aseo en el baño.
Por otro lado consideramos que el bar debiese estar disponible todos los días de la semana, lamentablemente el único día que pudimos tomarnos un rato especial para nosotros como pareja fue el domingo de nuestra estancia, y al llegar a la entrada del bar nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cerrado y el personal nos dijo que era porque no había suficiente personal esa noche.
Finalmente, al llegar se nos informó que las maneras de comunicarse con recepción era mediante el teléfono de la habitación o por un número de WhatsApp. Sin embargo al marcar el 1# en el teléfono de la habitación no pudimos comunicarnos nunca con recepción (derivaba a un mensaje pre grabado que decía que el teléfono no tenía memoria para dejar mensajes) y tampoco contestaban el WhatsApp de manera oportuna. Solo pudimos comunicarnos con recepción llamando al número de WhatsApp esa vez que solicitamos ayuda por el aseo de la terraza y luego nunca más pudimos comunicarnos por esa vía.

En resumen: el aseo de las habitaciones debe optimizarse, tanto entre huéspedes como diario. Y las comunicaciones con recepción deben ser más expeditas para resolver este tipo de problemas y no tener que ir presencialmente a avisar a recepción.

No me gusto la persona que atendia en la recepción del spa, fue bastante desagradable tanto con nosotros como con las otras chicas de su mismo equipo.

El check in bastante tarde 16.00 y el check out bastante temprano 11.00, esperaria que fuera por lo menos a las 15.00 y 12.00 repectivamente considerando que es temporada baja.
