Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

But we need to inform you that our experience at the spa today was horrible. We had a couples massage at 6pm today, and honestly it was the most unprofessional massage we have ever experienced. We highly recommend you look further into how experienced your massage therapist are. We get massages often, and these massages was very unpleasant. Please advise.

¡Gran experiencia pero a mejorar detalles clave!

Las habitaciones tenían una vista excepcional, única. Impagable.
El desayuno de altísimo nivel y el personal muy atento. Destacar la excelente y muy profesional atención de JOAQUÍN mesero muy atento y correcto.

No me gustó que algunas instalaciones estuviesen en mantención o bien no funcionaran adecuadamente.
En primer lugar, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó NINGÚN día en nuestra estancia. Esto repercutió significativamente en el descanso. Se nos informó que habían problemas y que se estaban solucionando. Nos dieron un enfriador pero no fue una medida que lo pudo solucionar. Como los dias estuvieron cálidos lamentablemente era indispensable tener aire acondicionado. Eso repercutio, nuevamente, en la calidad del sueño.
En segundo lugar, la temperatura de la piscina temperada. Martes y miercoles (días que bajamos a la piscina) el agua estaba helada. Se informó y nos mencionaron que lo estaban revisando.
En tercer lugar, sauna cerrado martes por mantención.
