All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.
LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La calidez y el profesionalismo de todo el staff y sus vistas de ensueño
El personal de recepción muy amable y el barman excelente en atención y simpatía

La cama y almohadas muy bien, permiten un buen descanso
La primera habitación tenía fuga en el baño y nos cambiaron a una superior.
La nueva habitación también presentaba una leve fuga en el baño, la manguera de la ducha estaba mala, había una ampolleta que no funcionó en los 7 días, todo esto denota falta de revisión de calidad del estado de la habitación (reporté la falla y no se cambió nada)

solo una recomendacion en el desayuno , podrian tener algunos productos sin gluten . Eso mejora la oferta para los clientes .
Hermoso el hotel y su entorno. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Excelente la atención del personal, siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
La piscina no era muy caliente el agua.
El desayuno está OK, pero esperaba más, más variedad, mayor reposición y por ejemplo uno de los días no había mantequilla, y me dijeron que no había más. Ofrecen omelettes y huevos fritos, pero la espera puede ser de 20 minutos o en el caso de los huevos fritos nunca llegaron. Panceta nunca repusieron al igual que los wafles.
Se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de los baños y de la calefacción de otras habitaciones.
Estos items opacaron el resto de los servicios del hotel y no estaba al la altura del valor abonado por la estadía.
Me gusta el hotel, he venido varias veces, siempre escojo misma habitación...... esta vez no cumplieron lo reservado.
Pague por una habitación deluxe con balcón/terraza y vista al lago (la misma que siempre reservo para estar contemplando el lago sentada dese la tereaza) ........ nos entregaron una habitación sin balcón/terraza era sólo una ventana a mitad de muro, por ende, no era lo que escogimos y pagamos. Pésimo para nosotros
