Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Spotless room with beautiful lake views.
Pros:

This was our second visit at the hotel and this time we stayed a couple of nights. We enjoyed many things like a spotless room with beautiful lake views from a private balcony. We also had wonderful dinners at the restaurant. The staff is professional and friendly. They send us a well decorated plate with little cakes and a couple of glasses of sparkling wine to our room to greet us for our Anniversary, really kind of them indeed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the fire alarm in the bedroom emits a flashing light every minute or so, which disturbed our sleep. It would be better located in the passage way.

Lindo hotel pero el personal muy mala atención.
Pros:

La disposición del hotel es muy cómoda! Las instalaciones impecables y la habitación muy linda.

Cons:

No me gusto la atención de personal. Muy poca predisposición para ser un hotel de esa categoría. El restaurante contaba con suficiente personal y tardaron muchísimo.

FUI A CELEBRAR MI CUMPLEAÑOS CON MI HIJO Y FUE LA VEZ QUE PEOR ESTUVO EL HOTEL, HABIA RUDIOS DE LA HABITACION DE ARRIIBA HASTA MUY AVANZADA LA NOCHE RECLAMAMOS A RECEPCION Y SIGUIÓ IGUAL, TUVE QUE PEDIR ARTICULOS DE ASEO A LA MUCAMA PORQUE FALTABAN, EL ESTRACTOR DE OLORES DEL BAÑO NO FUNCIONA Y LA CALEFACCION HACE UN SONIDO QUE PARA PODER DORMIR HAY QUE APAGARLA LO QUE SIGNIFICA PASAR FRIO EN LA NOCHE, (HABITACION 318). HA SIDO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DESDE QUE VISITO EL HOTEL HACE YA CASI 10 AÑOS. MUY MAL. LA GENTE DE RECEPCION NO PREGUNTA COMO ESTUVO LA ESTADIA NI NADA QUE PERMITA SENTIR ACOGIDO. restaurant con carta Muy reducida. Me sirvieron un consomé que no sabía a nada y primera noche el mix de hojas verdes con el que pedir acompañar el Bife, que figuraba dentro de los acompañamiento, me lo cobraban aparte y resulta que estaba incluido .
Además en el check in cometieron un error GRAVE. nos dieron llaves de una habitación que tenía huéspedes y menos mal que no se percataron cuando abrí la puerta y casi ingreso a la habitación. MUY MAL, eso no puede pasar en un hotel así.

Encantador pero que no decaiga atención habitación.

Volvemos en distintas ocasiones por sus instalaciones , entorno y calidad de la atención .

Cons:

Habitación mal aseo , dejaron permanentemente baño con pelos en ducha de huéspedes anteriores . No repusieron papel higiénico. Al volver segundo día a las 18 hrs puerta balcón abierta habiéndola dejada cerrada al salir en la mañana . Personal de habitaciones descuidados .

Cons:

No nos gustó el desayuno. El jamón de pavo estaba rancio. El pan integral era como de supermercado, uno espera un pan más casero. El personal poco amable al consultar sobre reposición de alimentos. Los huevos de mala calidad y poca cantidad. Esperábamos más en relación al costo.
Esperamos también más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones, la mesa tipo escritorio estaba toda pegajosa, se nota que no la limpiaron.

Pros:

A localização é privilegiada. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. A infraestrutura do hotel é bastante boa. Pegamos um vendaval forte, que prejudicou toda região e o hotel foi mantido com gerador próprio. Nem parecia que havia acontecido algo como aconteceu

Cons:

O Wi fi deixou bastante a desejar e as refeições poderiam ser melhores. Tanto no restaurante, quanto no room service. O café da manhã é bastante bom, mas as demais não estão no mesmo patamar

Wonderful!
Pros:

The view from the room, the different spaces where you could hang out, the gardens and the direct access to the lake. The staff is excellent and I specially like the friendly bar tender.
