Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Pros:

El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Lindas vistas. Buenas habitaciones.

Cons:

El servicio es pésimo. Bar cierra temprano y no tenes nada cerca para cenar. Y si el bar no está cerrado está siempre lleno porque es pequeño. Comida a la habitación llevan pero no atienden el teléfono para encargar. Me parece que la responsabilidad de que el personal no esté preparado es del directorio. Deberían enfocarse más en la gente. El pasto al rededor de la pileta estaba muy muy largo.

El personal muy poco amable, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, te hacen la cama y nada más. No reponen confort ni bebidas del frigobar. Personal cero amable en general

Buen jugar aunque con mucho para mejorar en alimentos

Las instalaciones del hotel son de buena cateegoría aunque las temperaturas de las piscinas no son lo mejor que se puede encontrar. La atención del personal es promedio y aceptable

Cons:

La presentación de algunos alimentos en las mesas del desayuno era realmente mala. Bandejas de fiambres que se reciclan sin siquiera cambiar ni la decoración de verdes (aparecían marchitos y pasados) y en una oportunidad con olor desagradable que nos obligó a presentar una queja. En síntesis el área de comidas dista de ser buena.

Al llegar la habitación solo contaba con una cama para los tres
Y el hotel ofrece la habitación con dos camas para tres personas
Al pedir explicaciones y soluciones se nos respondió que Booking era el ente responsable de eso y que teníamos que el debido reclamo a ustedes
