All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. Todo. La locación es hermosa, directo en el lago Villarrica, con vistas preciosas. El hotel muy bien mantenido, con excelentes instalaciones y habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Por otra parte, siendo el cumpleaños de mi novia, tuvieron la consideración de ofrecer una cortesía durante el desayuno, con un pastel para poder celebrar el momento.

El personal es muy preocupado, en todo momento atento.
