All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

nunca más haremos una reserva en este hotel, no lo recomiendo!!
Pros:

la piscina, tamaño aceptable y buena temperatura del agua, la habitación buen tamaño, agradable.

Cons:

Desayuno, muy mala atanción, espera para conseguir una mesa, demora en asear la habitación, y por ultimo lo peor el día jueves 25 de junio en el desayuno dejaron yugourt que estaban con fecha de expiración vencida, mis hijos comieron unas cucharadas y se percataron que estaban desconpuestos, solicite hablar con el encargado pero nunca llego a nuestra mesa a entregar una disculpa a lo sicedido.
no existen lugares para el esparcimiento familiar, lugares donde no pueden ingresar los niños, fui ahora en junio 2026 y las chimeneas solo estaban encendidas un poco tiempo hasta que duraba el primer tronco que habian colocado.

Unas vacaciones de primera
Pros:

Excelente desayuno e instalaciones. El personal es el complemento perfecto.
Todos los interiores radiantes, bien mantenidos.
Exteriores podrían estar mejor, se perdona por la temporada

Cons:

La temperatura de la piscina podria estar un poco mas alta en invierno. Aun asi fue disfrutable para nosotros.

Recepcionista solicita poder Notarial para ingresar con menores. Poca empatia considerando que la estadía fue un viernes a las 5 pm. No indica esto al momento de la reserva.

Una experiencia para repetir
Pros:

Excelente estadía. La ubicación frente al lago es inmejorable y las vistas desde el hotel son realmente hermosas. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y bien mantenidas, y todo el personal fue amable durante nuestra estadía.
El desayuno es muy completo, con gran variedad de opciones.
En general, una experiencia excelente y un hotel totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de Pucón y del lago.

Cons:

La piscina está muy bien, aunque para mi gusto el agua estaba un poco fría.
Como sugerencia de mejora, el salón de juegos podría incorporar más opciones para niños pequeños. Nuestra hija de 5 años encontró pocas actividades adecuadas para su edad, ya que predominan las máquinas recreativas y juegos pensados para niños más grandes.

La limpieza, la sala de juegos, el spa, la comida, la atención, lo amplio de las habitaciones, etc.
El personal nos atendió muy bien, recuerdo particularmente la amabilidad de Joaquin, Catalina y Vicente del restaurante.
