Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Es un lugar que vale la pena ir, al menos una vez

Me encanto la atencion de los recepcionistas, el Check in y Check Out fueron super rapidos.
El hotel es muy bonito, bien cuidado y una vista expectacular.

Cons:

No me gusto la atención en el restaurant, daba la impresion de que no querian estar ahi.
No me gusto el horario del check Out, a las 11.00 es muy temprano.
Y lo que esta realmente mal es la playa que esta al lado del hotel, un peligro y muy descuidado todos los jardines

Cosas que mejorar, pero bien en general.
Pros:

Casi todo me gustó, el personal muy amable, hermoso el hotel bella vista a 15 min de Pucòn y 17 de Villa Rica, en general todo bueno.

Cons:

Muy pobre y básico el desayuno. Y la piscina no es temperada no sé si estaba mala, pero temperada no estaba, y todos los huéspedes se quejaron de eso.
