Le falta mucha limpieza al hotel en general, la alberca estaba super sucia el área de la alberca muy deteriorada, llena de basura, el buffe qué ofrecen es terrible no hay variedad(solo hay Chilaquiles, huevo revuelto y frijoles) y me salió un inscecto en los Chilaquiles, NO ES UN HAMBIENTE FAMILIAR... Sinceramente NO LO RECOMIENDO

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento
Lavamanos tapado, coladera de regadera tapada, problemas de insectos como cría de cucaracha y moscas.

No cuenta con servicio de restaurante y lo que hay es muy básico y en horario limitado.

Cada que sales de la habitación y regresas hay que ir a recepción a qué te reprogramen la llave electrónica de acceso, papel sanitario de baja calidad, y mucho ruido exterior
