Decepcionante, por uma vez ter sido bom

O café da manhã continua bonzinho.

Cons:

Tive uma boa impressão há 5 anos atrás. Porém dessa vez foi péssimo. A recepcionista super mal humorada, nunca vi igual. Me colocou no pior quarto do hotel, no primeiro quarto no térreo. O banheiro tinha bolores, o quarto era minúsculo e a roupa de cama não estava branca. Tinha cor de encardido. Travesseiros bem mais ou menos, e estrutura bem deficitária do quarto. Para completar já às 6 h da manhã a recepcionista, um funcionário do hotel e o guardador de carros da rua, conversando alto no espaço do café manhã e eu escutava do quarto. Falando mal de uma funcionária, além do incômodo de me acordarem, fui tomar café e continuaram a conversa. Acho muito deselegante e de mau tom ficar falando mal dos outros funcionários na frente dos clientes.

La ubicación está cerca de la playa y tiene varios restaurantes y un centro comercial muy cerca.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia cuando realicé el check in.
El wifi muy lento.
Estaban realizando trabajos de reparación en el segundo piso y había desorden.
Si deseas dejar encargadas tus maletas, lo haces a través de una app que te cobra por usar unos canceles.

Eles cancelam sua reserva e só te avisam quando você chega para fazer o check-in

Cons:

Não reserve nesse hotel! Eles vão cancelar e só vão te avisar QUANDO VOCÊ CHEGAR para o check-in! Reservei com boa antecedência pelo Booking, chegando na recepção fui informada de que houve um "imprevisto hídrico" e que eu não poderia ser acomodada em meu quarto e que se eu quisesse eu poderia cancelar gratuitamente ou eles iriam me reacomodar num Oyo lá da Lapa. (Se eu reservei no Botafogo, que raios vou fazer na Lapa, meus amigos?). Pior é que SEQUER me enviaram mensagem pelo aplicativo avisando do tal imprevisto para evitar a péssima experiência. Consegui vaga no Ibis Budget ao lado, pagando 150 reais a mais para não perder meu show e meu transfer que sairia de Botafogo. NÃO PERCA SEU TEMPO! Isso é o barato que sai caro.
