Pros:

O quarto é bem confortável, cama principalmente. Banheiro limpo e com espelho grande. A localização do hotel é bem centralizado, perto do Shopping e de várias lojas/restaurantes.

O café da manhã é bem variado e servido, só não pode comer muito tarde pq os pães esfriam e ficam “durinhos”

Avisamos ao hotel com antecedência que realizaríamos o checkin na madrugada, e eles disseram não ter problema algum. Ao chegarmos, nossa reserva havia sido cancelada. O atendente, diante do erro, aceitou novamente nossa reserva, porém o quarto não estava pronto. Tivemos que ficar na recepção, aguardando arrumarem o quarto (limpeza e colocação de roupa de cama). Quando questionamos, fomos tratados de forma muito ríspida pelos 2 atendentes presentes, que inclusive em momento nenhum se desculparam pelo ocorrido.

El personal de recepción muy amable. Nos ofrecieron desayuno el día que llegamos de forma gratuita. Muy agradecidos por ello.

Las habitaciones minúsculas, no teníamos sitio no donde poner las maletas. La limpieza pésima, no vinieron ni a limpiar de un día para otro, las toallas y sábanas con manchas y el aire acondicionado en condiciones inaceptables. La habitación daba hacia el pasillo en vez de a la calle. La cama y las almohadas incomodídimas, nos dejaron un dolor de espalda horrible. Las paredes son de papel, cuando la gente pasa por el pasillo se nos mueve la cama.
