The cleanness and affordable of the place
The access to the main gate is tricky
La atención del personal y el desayuno estuvo bien
Las camas no eran queen size y muy incomodas para una pareja poder conciliar el sueno
El agua que ponen con ese clima tan caliente no dura mucho al solicitar mas agua hay que pagarla lo cual no parece justo
En la manana desde temprano mucha bulla de la calle en la habitacion necesitan mejorar sonorizacion
Todo lo demas estaba bien,
Everything was good. It was a safe area, the staff were friendly and the hotel is very clean
They didn't respond to my messages or emails before my stay regarding transfers from the airport
La cafetería y la atención de la señorita muy amable y comida buena, la cama comoda
La habitación sencillo con muebles sin renovar y al rededor del sanitario apareció una cucaracha, las sabanas con olor a sudor de otras personas. Realmente mi comentario es constructivo porque no esta mal el hotel simplemente tiene que mejorar esos aspectos

Hot water working tv
R9aced infested. Was told i was going t9 be to a different room, when i got back from shopping, i was not moved. I wast t9ld they did a deep clean?? I still jad the same sheets all they did was spray some roach spray and fixed my bed. There was no deep cleaning done ro the room. 2nd night. Ac didnt work and woke up wit bed big bite all over my body. I got pictures. I am very dissapointed at my stay here. I WONT BE STAYING HERE ANYMORE. want and expect a full refund.. ladies at the desk, didnt allowed uber to drop off my food at the room.they seem annoyed by ot.. they said those are the rules. Well if we are going to have rules. How about. 1 no bed bugs in the room(big health issue) 2 no roaches in the room 3 a working ac.. i paid for great acomodations. I dodnt get it at this hotel.. i got bed bugs bitel
Limpiza amabilidad buen eesayuno buen ambiente y todo ellpersonal desde los de limpiza hasta la vigilancia fue muy especial mirarles una sonrisa al atender a los huespedes

Solicitando reembolso porque nos fuimos y no nos quedamos en este hotel. El Martes 19 de Mayo.
