Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かった。フロントで荷物預かりを頼んだんですが、テキパキとしており、横で外国の方を対応されているのも見ましたが、男性のスタッフも女性のスタッフも英語で対応していました。レベルが高いと感じました。

公共溫泉非常舒服！還有露天的！工作人員都很親切，飯店距離車站很近很方便，附近超商跟餐廳也都很齊全，房間很舒適

Cons:

可能房間不算大？不過我覺得還蠻夠的，我29吋的行李箱可以完全打開，不過我要跨過去就是了，但其實也還好，還是很不錯

Nice location and value for money.
Pros:

Nearby to Sugamo Station and easy to find it. Just 4 mins walk to the hotel. Clean and nice room. Friendly staffs. Nice surrounding with shops, supermarket, restaurants which is very convenient for us.

Pros:

スタッフの方達の対応がとても良かった。
大浴場があって便利だった

Cons:

禁煙ルームを予約したのに部屋がタバコ臭くて不快だった。大浴場も混雑時は脱衣所のロッカーや洗い場が少なく、順番待ちをしなくてはならなかった
